I’ve worked in horse barns, animal shelters, and dog boarding facilities, and I’m skilled in administering all types of medications, including insulin. I will love your babies like my own. I do work mon-thurs 3-9pm and Saturday 11-4. I am a perfectionist. I'd be more than happy to jump through hoops to give your baby(s) what they need when and how they need it. About: Hi, I'm Melissa! I grew up surrounded by pets, and that passion grew into a lifelong career in animal care. I bring over a decade of professional facility experience to Rover, including serving as a Pack Leader at Tailwaggers Doggy Daycare and spending seven years as a specialized Caregiver at the world-renowned Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah. There, I worked with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and behavioral needs, including dog-selective and dog-aggressive behaviors. Currently, I keep my skills sharp working part-time as a Kennel Technician at a daycare and boarding facility right here in Green Bay. ​Because of my professional background, I’m highly experienced with administering medications, recognizing subtle body language, and reinforcing basic training. I know how important routine is, so I am more than happy to strictly follow whatever household rules you have set for your pet. My part-time schedule as a local kennel technician makes me incredibly flexible for pet sitting! I work from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM (about 25 hours a week), which leaves my entire midday window from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM wide open for lunchtime walks, playtime, and companionship. I am also available for quick check-ins before my morning shift, and my evenings are completely free after 6:30 PM for late-night cuddles and dedicated overnight stays. Because my daily job already centers around professional feeding, medicating, and cleaning, keeping your pet's routine seamless and sanitary between my shifts is second nature to me! My goal is to keep your pets in their happiest, most comfortable element, which is why I specialize in caring for them right in their own home! With over a decade of professional animal facility experience and a huge heart for all creatures, I pride myself on being the next best thing to you when you’re away. About: I had my own dog who lived to be 18! He required senior citizen care when he got old, I’ve handled and dealt with elderly dogs. I’ve taken care of neighbors, family’s, & friends dogs my entire life, filling the soft spot we all have in our heart for pups! I work as a nurse so on my days off I love to spend time outside with some furry friends! They provide a good stress relief for the chaotic days. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have cared for all kinds, from little dachshunds to big Belgian Malinois (including retired police dogs). I’m confident handling different personalities and energy levels, and I always treat pets like they’re my own. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine! I work full‑time, Monday through Friday, from 9–5, and I occasionally work overtime on the weekends. Because of that schedule, most dogs may be alone for up to 8 hours during a workday. I don’t host pets in my own home, but I’ll happily come to yours so your pets stay comfortable in their own space. I follow your instructions closely and make sure your pets feel safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away.

About: From growing up on the farm I have a love for taking care of all animals, big and small! Hope to meet you and your pup soon! I work a hybrid work schedule. Thursday-Friday are my work from home days! I’ll be able to tend to your dog for all their needs and he/she will have my dog as a friend/companion! I have a large fenced in yard to get all the zoomies out! Dogs are allowed on the bed/furniture! I treat them as one of us!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a child, and I’ve always had them in my life! I have been relied on to give medications, board pets, and take them on walks. Dogs bring me so much joy and I will provide the best care possible! I currently work as a nurse 3x a week, and will be able to provide pet care on my other 4 days off when available. I have two sweet pups of my own (one of which is a senior) and two loving cats. I adore animals and am comfortable giving medications, accommodating special requests, and doing anything else to make your pet feel comfortable and at home! We are a homeschooling family with one stay at home parent and one work from home parent. Your pet quite literally will never be alone and will receive constant love, play, exercise, and supervision! I have a fenced in backyard attached to my house where your furbaby can play freely. I have two dogs and two cats that are very socialized and comfortable around other animals. Your pet truly will be treated as another family member during their stay with us.
