About: Hi, I'm Melissa! I grew up surrounded by pets, and that passion grew into a lifelong career in animal care. I bring over a decade of professional facility experience to Rover, including serving as a Pack Leader at Tailwaggers Doggy Daycare and spending seven years as a specialized Caregiver at the world-renowned Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah. There, I worked with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and behavioral needs, including dog-selective and dog-aggressive behaviors. Currently, I keep my skills sharp working part-time as a Kennel Technician at a daycare and boarding facility right here in Green Bay. ​Because of my professional background, I’m highly experienced with administering medications, recognizing subtle body language, and reinforcing basic training. I know how important routine is, so I am more than happy to strictly follow whatever household rules you have set for your pet. Whether your furbaby is a social butterfly or a quiet soul who needs a patient, gentle approach, I have the intuitive skills to make them feel safe and loved. ​When I’m not caring for your pets, I’m hanging out with my own senior "puppy," a 9-year-old dog named Alba (pictured with me!), and my 14-year-old "kitten." I love house-sitting, overnight stays, and dog walking, and my ultimate goal is to give you total peace of mind while you're away. I can’t wait to meet your furbabies! My part-time schedule as a local kennel technician makes me incredibly flexible for pet sitting! I work from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM (about 25 hours a week), which leaves my entire midday window from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM wide open for lunchtime walks, playtime, and companionship. I am also available for quick check-ins before my morning shift, and my evenings are completely free after 6:30 PM for late-night cuddles and dedicated overnight stays. Because my daily job already centers around professional feeding, medicating, and cleaning, keeping your pet's routine seamless and sanitary between my shifts is second nature to me! My goal is to keep your pets in their happiest, most comfortable element, which is why I specialize in caring for them right in their own home! With over a decade of professional animal facility experience and a huge heart for all creatures, I pride myself on being the next best thing to you when you’re away. I am fully backed by Rover and prioritize open, consistent communication—sending you regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing they are in safe hands. As a major bonus, I am an exceptionally tidy person who genuinely enjoys cleaning. About: I’ve had pets my whole life and taking care of them through the years I’m reliable and caring and will treat your pets like they’re my own. You’ll receive regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits well into my schedule. I work full time, but I’m available before and after work on weekdays, as well as on weekends. I can provide walks, drop in visits, feeding, playtime, and plenty of attention during those times. About: I had my own dog who lived to be 18! He required senior citizen care when he got old, I’ve handled and dealt with elderly dogs. I’ve taken care of neighbors, family’s, & friends dogs my entire life, filling the soft spot we all have in our heart for pups! I work as a nurse so on my days off I love to spend time outside with some furry friends! They provide a good stress relief for the chaotic days. I will respect your home and your dogs personal space! I will do whatever you ask of me to do, making the dog feel safe at home with a new person around!

About: I am very proud to be a "fear free handler". That's a big thing for me, if an animal is uncomfortable, I am 100% uncomfortable along with them.. learning their little quirks and finding ways to do things in the best way possible for that specific animal is what I do and I absolutely love doing it. I promise your animal will be cared for deeply while in my care. My passion has always been working with animals, providing them with the care and respect they deserve and I have extensive experience in the field. I’ve worked in horse barns, animal shelters, and dog boarding facilities, and I’m skilled in administering all types of medications, including insulin. Whether it’s feral cats or reactive dogs, I have the patience and expertise to help them adjust and thrive, including building trust with new people. I understand how intimidating change can be for animals, and I’m dedicated to making those transitions as smooth as possible. I will love your babies like my own. I do work mon-thurs 3-9pm and Saturday 11-4. I am a perfectionist. I'd be more than happy to jump through hoops to give your baby(s) what they need when and how they need it. About: Hi, I'm Chris, and I have had dogs and cats on and off all my life. I also have experience watching and caring for family members' pets. I am looking forward to caring for your pet! I am retired and I am available most times of the day and most days of the week. My preference is after 8 am and not after 8 pm. I will respect the client's home and take excellent care of your pets. I am willing to take your pets for a walk or play with them and keep them company based on the pet's needs. I can provide oral medication and feeding, if needed. Would prefer to have a meet-and-greet for dogs in advance.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have cared for all kinds, from little dachshunds to big Belgian Malinois (including retired police dogs). I’m confident handling different personalities and energy levels, and I always treat pets like they’re my own. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine! I work full‑time, Monday through Friday, from 9–5, and I occasionally work overtime on the weekends. Because of that schedule, most dogs may be alone for up to 8 hours during a workday. I don’t host pets in my own home, but I’ll happily come to yours so your pets stay comfortable in their own space. I follow your instructions closely and make sure your pets feel safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away.

About: I have trained two puppies in my life. I have had dogs since I was in 4th grade. Animals have always gravitated towards me. I make sure to treat them with love and kindness. I do also have a dog right now who’s 13, so I have a lot of experience with cleaning up messes and getting them outside in a timely manner. I’m currently working part time as bartender. Would love to start my day with some animal love! My mornings will be free and I am looking for something extra fun to do this summer. With love and kindness. For walks I make sure to be gentle but firm. Let them sniff for a bit, because I’m not in a rush. I will also be mindful about the hot pavement on their feet. I also like to make sure they have water for after the walk.

About: From growing up on the farm I have a love for taking care of all animals, big and small! Hope to meet you and your pup soon! I work a hybrid work schedule. Thursday-Friday are my work from home days! I’ll be able to tend to your dog for all their needs and he/she will have my dog as a friend/companion! I have a large fenced in yard to get all the zoomies out! Dogs are allowed on the bed/furniture! I treat them as one of us!

I can manage any size and any number of dogs and you can assure that your animal will be in capable hands. About: Hi there, my name is Becky. I do not have dog sitting experience but I love dogs. I just recently lost our beloved golden Emma 2 months ago. She was 12 years old. I am using Rover to help heal and help with other dog lovers out there and care for their loved ones! I work Monday-Thursday. I can help on Thursday afternoons after 1pm and Friday-Sundays most weekends. My husband works every other weekend so my availability the weekends he works is pretty open! I love to walk and run. Not saying I need to run with your doggo unless he or she loves to do so! I know summer can be difficult with the heat and winter can be brutally cold. I will take every precaution to keep your dog safe.

About: I was born into a dog family and have been exposed to animals of all sorts starting at a very young age. I have had five dogs in my life. The one that meant the most to me was the one I raised myself. Her name was angel and I started raising her when I was only eight years old. My aunt had a litter of puppies and was giving them away to family and friends, I had gotten an Angel and since then she had been my best friend. Unfortunately, she passed away when I was 19 years old due to breast cancer, but she was my responsibility throughout her lifetime. I had only gotten her when she was a few weeks old, and I had the patience and caring heart to take care of her until the day that she passed. I also had a German Shepherd, a black lab, a pitbull /basset hound mix, and a pitbull who only had three legs. Each one of these animals has had a big impact on my life. I have also had many experiences taken care of other animals besides dogs and cats, including, not limited to snakes, wildlife, fish, hamsters, gerbils, birds, etc. I take special care to each animal that is in my responsibility because I believe that each animal should have their own individual cares met, as well as their own happiness and satisfaction met in life. I work full time as a Team Lead at Paragon Community Services. I work 8am-4pm Monday-Friday with no weekends or holidays. I am available on weekends and holidays unless I am scheduled as unavailable. I am also open to evening services after work :) I will always follow the owners instructions as that is my main priority. Any directions given to me will be well followed! I know crate training, walking on leashes, how to operate bark collars, really anything you will use for your pet and if I don’t I am always able to learn!

About: Friends, families, and neighbors have relied on me to dog sit, dog walk, and do potty breaks for them for over 10 years now! I love all breeds and ages of dogs! Growing up I’ve always been around dogs, I have a very flexible schedule which allows me to to find and make the needed time for your pets! I prefer to care for pets outside of my own home as I have two dogs of my own at home! I am very flexible with meeting the needs to take care of your dog!
