“What can I say? Melissa was amazing. Needed a sitter for our Weimaraner at the last minute. Needed to leave town for family reasons. Called the usual suspects. They gave me the dog and pony show. No pun. Ridiculous what you got to go through to board your dog these days. A few of my friends and customers recommended Rover. I went on there and checked it out. In about 30 minutes from first seeing it, to signing up, I had already booked Melissa to watch our dog Kaiser. I arranged to bring him over, and she couldn't have been any more sweet. When we got him back, he was well rested, and had none of the anxiety boarding can bring on. About: I’ve grown up with cats my entire life, so I’ve always had a soft spot for their unique personalities and quirks! At one point, I was helping my parents care for 6 cats in our home, so I’m very comfortable with multi-cat households and all the different personalities that come with them. About: I've been taking care of animals since I was very young. Fur babies seem to seek me out, whether it is in nature or encounters on the street; you can catch me waving at animals before humans (lol). I've had dogs, cats, a horse, and bunnies off and on throughout my life. About: I’ve had a cat my entire life, growing up I had 2 family cats and they were nothing short of amazing. In college I decided to get a kitten to keep me company and she has been all over with me including moving 5 times, she is a sassy calico and is about to turn 12. Recently I adopted a kitten, a gift to myself for completing my masters. He is a male tabby and probably one of the most sassiest and hyper cats I’ve ever been around, he defiantly keeps me on my toys requiring lots of play to keep him out of trouble!

My dad was a firefighter, and came home with Pepper Christmas morning. My sister had a mini goldendoodle. I would stop daily after work around 3:45pm to play and take walks. I took a separation package from my employer 5/1/25 and now would like to offer walks, daycare, drop in visits and boarding . During your boarding, Larger dog's WILL be crated at night. Your dog will be crated when I play pickleball in the mornings. I do have a crate(s). Please note if sending a request there may be a delay in responding due to pickleball between 9:30 - 12:30 approximate times. I currently have two dog walking appointments from 11:30 - 2:00pm Monday-Thursday. Your pet will be crated during this time. I have the time to provide loving care, playtime and walks with your pet. I will provide pictures and updates to you. Looking forward to having your dog while you are away 🐾🦴 No fence but can play fetch in the front/backyard or take your dog to dog park if they are ok with it. About: I've had dogs for 40 years of my life and they have been family just as much as any human family member. We have a loving, caring family with one dog. We have a large fenced in yard and walks often. Our home backs to a park. I work from home and have for the last 12 years. We walk four to six times per day with our puppy and enjoy spending time in the yard with him throughout the day. Our yard is fenced . About: Have owned dogs all my life. Have had two huskies and one black lab. I think I can handle a husky I can handle anything ! All the time. Some weekends may be gone available all week long. Can be there whenever owner needs me to be. Work great with communication. I love being outdoors and going for walks so having a friend (the dog) will be fun. About: I’m the type of person who goes to a party and makes friends with the dog. My friends know I’m around when they see a blanket covering up their sleeping pup. My family has nicknamed me dog girl because I take on the challenge of caring for all of them during family functions. I have experience with dogs who need medication, eye drops, ear drops, or who have health issues. I work from home so I am able to hangout with your pet all day! I have a very flexible work schedule if appointments are needed. I prefer to care for dogs in my home but can watch in your home, let out during the day, and check on your home if away. At my home I leash all pets when letting them out. Dogs are allowed on my furniture, I even have a chair next to my work desk incase they want to lounge around on the job.

One of my part time jobs is taking care of individual with a disability and he loves to take his therapy dog (boarder collie mix) on a lot of walks and to the dog park. I have lots of energy myself and will love your pet as much as both of mine! I’m currently working part time so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pets, I’m around most weekends if needed. Typically I don’t work past 2pm and can do early mornings before 7am. I have plenty of space for my cats to run around including window beds and cat trees around the house. My cats are allowed outside in a harness.

“What can I say? Melissa was amazing. Needed a sitter for our Weimaraner at the last minute. Needed to leave town for family reasons. Called the usual suspects. They gave me the dog and pony show. No pun. Ridiculous what you got to go through to board your dog these days. A few of my friends and customers recommended Rover. I went on there and checked it out. In about 30 minutes from first seeing it, to signing up, I had already booked Melissa to watch our dog Kaiser. I arranged to bring him over, and she couldn't have been any more sweet. I can really tell that she loves animals. Very cool chick too. Our dog was in good hands the couple days he was there. When we got him back, he was well rested, and had none of the anxiety boarding can bring on. “This was the first time using Rover and had a great experience with Holly and her family. We had 11 days reserved that turned into 12 due to a flight cancellation which Holly was able to accommodate. Once we came home, Max, my pup, went right to bed which means he was one tired pup. “Krystal's love of dogs is evident and her current bestie, Duke, was a welcoming partner! We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride!
