About: I've been taking care of pets since I was 8, it started with a cat and grew to dogs and snakes and more, working with animals is my dream job. I work factory Monday through Friday but Friday night into Sunday I am available for pet care. I have 2 cats and a dog at my own home, but I am more than happy to dog sit at others homes. I make sure my cats litter boxes are kept clean, I keep their food bowls filled, and I keep their water filled. I walk my dog a lot and I take her out every couple hours to use the bathroom.

My mother is also a Rover pet sitter :). We have our home sectioned off into 3 spots. a transition area for when your pet arrives. That leads into the living room where your pet is welcome on all furniture, plenty of space to play, and access to our fenced back yard. If your dog needs time to adjust to a new space this is a great option for them. We also have 2 bernedoodles, if your pet is comfortable then they are welcome into the the main space of the house with our dogs. They are gentle giants.
About: I’ve had dogs in my home all my life!! Just looking to hang out with some pups and help out! Dog has to be good with a baby in the house and another dog. We have a mini Australian shepherd. Dogs will get walked at least 2 times daily! I am fully available weekdays and weekends! I do not leave the house for more than a couple hours at a time and would love to take your dog with me for car rides if I leave when possible! I will take excellent care of your fur baby! About: Big dogs, small dogs, medium dogs I can do it all! My family dog of 10+ just past away recently so this is how I'm filling that dog shaped hole in my heart. I live in a house with a large fenced in yard and work from home so your pup will get plenty of attention if you choose to board with me! I'm free at almost any day and any time! I prefer afternoons or evenings but I can do mornings as well if needed. My schedule is very flexible. This was our first experience with Rover & we were very satisfied. Dixie is an active puppy & can be a bit of a handful but Catherine & Andre seemed to manage just fine. Catherine sent pictures daily & Dixie seemed very content. We had always had friends sit for our dogs in the past so we were a little nervous about dealing with "strangers." After meeting Catherine prior to our trip I knew Dixie would be in good hands. We were very glad our Vet's office suggested Rover to us & we will definitely use this service in the future.
This was my first time using Rover or just having my dog stay at someone's house. In the past with prior dogs I had used kennel services. I really didn't want to do that with Willow since she is a great Dane and I didn't want her to be cooped up in a kennel since I was going to be gone for 1 week. Willow had a great time and actually seemed a bit sad on our drive home. Dallas sent updates every other day which made me comfortable enough not to worry while I was gone.
