“Amisha is caring and highly competent. Our kitty scratched herself from anxiety while we were gone. Even though Kara initially tried hiding, Amisha was able to get Kara’s nails cut, give her a dose of CBD, play and cuddle with Kara. Kara didn’t warm up to several sitters. When Amisha came over to meet her, Kara came downstairs and went right to to Amisha to happily be petted. Amisha is the best we’ve hired through Rover.”

About: Hi! I’m Sophie Jane, a lifelong animal lover with years of experience. I grew up in a home with three cats and three dogs, so caring for pets has always been second nature to me. I have cared for all ages and sizes, as well as a variety of breeds. I am able to cater to the specific needs of your pet, whether that be a special diet, administering oral medications, or lots of excercise. My husband and I have a friendly Samoyed named Gus, and a cat (who mostly keeps to himself). Gus is always excited to play with new friends, and he enjoys sharing his toys. I work from home, which means your dog will never be left alone for long periods. My husband is in the military so it will be primarily me taking care of your pooch. He is a dog lover just like me, so when he is home your pup will be getting extra pets and love! I want you to feel at ease knowing your baby is taken care of and supervised while you are away. Whether your pup loves playtime, cuddles, or just a calm presence, I’m here to give them the attention they deserve. I understand the importance of a safe, loving environment where pets feel happy and stress free. Although I do not have a yard, I have a balcony with a nice sea breeze and the area I live in is very walkable and pet friendly. There are also a few dog parks near by if your dog has a lot of energy to burn off! We’ve got a bucket full of toys that Gus loves to share. We’ve also got some treats if you are okay with those! Whether your pup sleeps in a crate, on the bed or a couch, we’ll make sure they are as comfortable as possible. I’ll be here all day to let them out on potty breaks and make sure their bellies are full! Let me know if you have specific needs or accommodations.

About: As a vet’s son I’ve been around animals my whole life. My main concern is keeping your pet safe and having fun. 😊 If your pet has any issues let me know so I can get you a second opinion from my dad. I work for an online veterinary telehealth platform so I’m constantly in communication with veterinarians and pet owners. The job of pet sitting seemed to find me and fit very naturally into my life. I’m consistently invited back to watch people’s pets and homes. I love my community and it’s nice helping people save some money on boarding costs. Everything is pet safe. Yard is completely gated and within a gated community. During the week, I usually take dogs in to my private office (in Dana Point) with me.

About: My pet care journey started 12 years ago when my family brought home our pug, Peppa. Since then, I have cared for various friends and family pets. Now I’m offering my services to my neighbors. I provide pet care (walking, feeding, playing,) in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings 7 days a week. I am hairdresser and make my own hours. I will be making sure your animals basic needs are taken care of while also giving emotional support to them as they know you are away.

About: I am experienced in walking, feeding, grooming, administering medication, and providing playful attention and love, ensuring pets are healthy, happy, and cared for with dedication. I am currently on summer break, as a student in college and as a one on one caregiver that works at an elementary school, so I have lots of free time to pet sit/walk :) I have a fenced yard, so there’s plenty of room for our furry friends to play and run around. I also allow them inside and wander around to get sniffs in and more comfortable in the new environment. I have a lil doggo named ziggy. He is older so he mainly stays inside or in my room. I have a crate and a little gate for the kitchen if either are needed as well as dog bowls, extra leashes.

About: Growing up my mom worked in veterinary care so I am used to having so many animals in my house and around me! I am always that friend and neighbor that walks, bathes, plays with and cares for all animals! I currently work Monday - Friday 1pm-5pm so I am open to any animal care before or after these hours during the week. I am free on the weekends! I will of course follow the owners instructions and take care of their beloved animal however they ask me. I will go above and beyond to make sure their pet is comfortable and happy!
