My time as a training class assistant for Puppy Manners and New Dog Basics at the San Francisco SPCA gave me valuable skills in positive reinforcement training, socialization, and handling dogs of all temperaments. At my home, we have a fully fenced yard, providing a secure and spacious area for dogs to play and explore. Your pup will also have built-in companionship with our two friendly dogs, ensuring plenty of socialization and fun. For exercise and enrichment, we have scenic trails nearby, perfect for peaceful walks in the woods—giving dogs a chance to sniff, explore, and enjoy the great outdoors. “Hi Ronda! Jackson Galaxy says that cats will claim someone or something as their own by rubbing and leaving their scent. As shy as Freyja is, she's claimed you for her own (rubbing against your purse). That's really saying something! And the photo with Oogie hanging out with you on the head of your chair shows you two are buddies. We knew from the start that you are perfect for them and us, and we're thankful we found you. Now you might be wondering how they were when we came home. They woke up when they heard us and suddenly got the zoomies! Oogie had an excellent run on the kitty wheel, jumping off only to run away from Freyja! They played and grappled with each other and rubbing against us and more ruining on the wheel and more chasing. They don't even do that with catnip. Anyway, we had a great time and piece of mind that the ladies were in excellent hands. If this review is long and scattered, I'm JUST waking up (11:30 I think). About: I am a healthcare provider who is looking to help fur babies and their parents with walks and care during my time off. I currently have one German Shepherd dog named Tula and two one eyed cats named Winky and Willy. Tula and I love our time outdoors exploring and I look forward to sharing that with your fur baby. I have experience with a variety of ages and breeds of dogs in addition to some basic training. I hope I can be a helpful fit for you and your family! With my schedule I often have days off during the week that I am able to utilize my time to help care for others fur babies. I understand the difficulty finding someone who cares for your baby as much as you do, and that is why I am choosing to help others with that when I can. I am willing and able to feed, walk, play, and give all the attention needed for your baby. Cheryl had a good connection with Lola right away during the meet and greet and also communicated well with us then in helping us get to know her a bit and about the logistics of the care. During the 4 day pet sitting gig with a few drop in visits each day, she did an excellent job keeping us in the loop during each visit about how Lola seemed or what she did. That and the fact that she added pictures each visit helped me feel Lola was getting well cared for. Some of the pics were adorable, I might add :). About: Rescued two outside cats before and have formed bonds with usually shy dogs/cats. Don’t have much experience with training animals, but will make sure they have enough exercise when needed! Working very low part time as a cook, but love working with animals. This is a great way for me to build my experience in this area. Making sure the water is filled and they are fed on time. I try to take my roommates dog outside when I can, but hot weather doesn’t allow that too much right now
