Cory has been walking Mollee for over a year now! He cares for her like she is his own! He has been flexible with schedules and often helps us out by bringing in packages and cleaning up if Mollee has made a mess in the house! We are so thankful to have found him!

About: In addition to growing up with family pets, I've been a mom (and step-mom) to two cats and fish for the past four years. I've been a regular point of contact for friends needing dog walks or drop-in care. I'm excited to extend my services and make new furry, four-legged (or no-legged!) friends. I'm a work from home professional and welcome the opportunity to step away from my desk, whether that's to check in on your pets at home or stretch their legs (and mine)! I approach pet sitting with respect for your pet's routine and individual care needs. I believe in regular communication and in providing attentive, detailed care.

About: No kids or pets of my own and a big Jeep means my outdoorsy lifestyle is open and flexible for your fur babies. I'm experienced with dogs from all walks of life, from your social butterflies to your shy guys, your runners fetchers swimmers and wrestlers, you name it, I'm down for it. I have confident experience with reactive dogs and big breeds especially. I'm a part time barista, working mostly evenings, so morning and mid-day walks work best for me. I am available for night walks after work as well, if that works for your schedule. Weekend boarding is best with advance notice, as I occasionally pick up Friday and Saturday shifts at the coffee shop. I live on the second floor with access to a fenced in backyard. Hardwood floors in home. No kids or other pets of my own. I do have houseplants if your dog is sensitive to soils, fungus, or has a history of plant eating. Crating is an option I'm comfortable with if that's what helps your furry friend feel safe, though my ideal set up is to share my whole space and enriching lifestyle with your pup, or to visit them in their home where they're already comfortable. I'm mobile with the Jeep as well, so we don't have to stick to my neighborhood if your dog is reactive and needs some extra space.

About: As a dog lover my whole life, I wasn't able to get one of my own until a year and a half ago. Having our golden retriever Tommy has completely changed my life for the better! I absolutely love dogs of all kinds and enjoy being outdoors and playing with them. I work full time remotely, so I am extremely available and flexible to your schedule. I can accommodate any needs and have experience with both puppies and senior dogs, and everywhere in between. Tommy has been professionally trained and gets along great with other dogs. We are able to keep dogs in our apartment if needed, and have lots of parks and sidewalks near by for exercise. I currently work from home full time, so I am very flexible for your pets needs. I currently keep our golden retriever active (as he very much needs it!) and would love to add another dog to the bunch if needed. I live in an apartment but have lots of access to local parks and walking trails. I am available for drop-in visits and walks as well.

About: Hi! My name is Jamie and I have been a dog mom for 6 years, but a pet lover for my whole life. I personally know how difficult it can be to leave your pets alone and I want to give people peace of mind that their best friends are loved and cared for while they are away. I am available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting. I love to take my own dogs for walks and adventures around the neighborhood. I also enjoy playing catch with them and cuddling at the end of the day. I have experience taking care of large and small dogs, as well as high energy and low-maintenance dogs. About: Since 2020, I have provided consistent care for a variety of dogs and cats, ranging from energetic puppies to adult dogs with unique personalities and care needs. Through caring for family pets, foster dogs, and client pets, I have developed experience with feeding routines, exercise, leash handling, medication administration, basic behavior reinforcement, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment while owners are away. My sister's five-year-old Goldendoodle, Theo, has been one of the dogs I have cared for most extensively. I regularly pick him up from daycare, provide overnight and multi-day care, take him on hikes and walks, and reinforce positive behaviors. Through consistent training and positive reinforcement, I taught him to greet visitors calmly by sitting patiently before receiving attention, helping him manage his excitement and practice good manners. In addition, I assisted my older sister with the care of her foster dogs, giving me the opportunity to work with more than 15 dogs of varying breeds, ages, sizes, and temperaments. This experience strengthened my ability to quickly build trust with new dogs, recognize individual needs, and adapt my care approach accordingly. Most recently, I completed a week-long house-sitting assignment caring for a dog and cat. My responsibilities included administering medications, maintaining feeding and hydration schedules, providing daily exercise through multiple-mile walks, sending regular photo updates to the owners, keeping the home clean and secure, and maintaining a fresh, odor-free litter box. I take pride in providing dependable, attentive care that gives pet owners peace of mind while ensuring their pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I currently have a flexible schedule to accommodate your dog care needs all throughout the work day, weekends and some evenings as well. I am open to any care needs you have, including at my own house if needed. I focus on keeping pets safe, comfortable, and on their normal routine. I follow the owner’s instructions for feeding, walks, medications, potty breaks, and any household rules. During walks and visits, I pay close attention to the pet’s behavior, energy level, and surroundings to ensure their safety. I also provide plenty of exercise, playtime, attention, and affection based on each pet’s needs. I keep owners updated with photos and messages so they can feel confident their pets are happy, well cared for, and maintaining their regular routine while they’re away.

About: Growing up my family owned a welsh springer spaniel. He was one of my best friends. I felt the same excitement he did when I walked in our front door to his excited jumping. After 13 years, he passed away of old age. Since then I have wanted to get a dog of my own, but I’m waiting until my husband and I get a house to take that step. In the meantime, I love caring for other family dogs. This is a super fun side job for me. I love all types of dogs, have experience with senior dogs, and am happy to care for more than one pet from the same home (whether they be cats, dogs, hamsters, fish, etc.). If your dog is nervous around new people, I will make sure to give them the care, attention, and space that they need. I always give frequent potty breaks, feed them at their regular time, and am very careful around doorways (so no one runs off on any solo adventures!). I always do an initial home visit with my husband so I can meet your pets before setting up a first booking with a new customer. I send great picture updates, so hopefully you won’t miss your dog too much. You will undoubtedly love how passionate I am about keeping your pet in a safe, loving environment while you are away. I am currently working as an 8th grade teacher. I am able to get to your home between the hours of 4pm-10pm on weeknights. I am available all day on Saturdays. I am available Sundays after 10:30am. I am available to do home visits to feed your pets, groom with a brush/bath, play their favorite games, go on long walks or runs, and spend the night if you need a house sitter. I can also take care of other pets including cats, hamsters, fish, chickens, etc. If you need someone to water plants while you are away, I can take care of that too!

About: Married stay at home mom of 3 girls and 1 boy, who loves animals. Pre-covid I was a banquet cook for a living. I have always owned dogs( Pitts and huskys), cats, fish, rats, rabbits, turtles, bearded dragons, snakes, and other animals.. but currently have none of my own.. I'd love to watch others as a way for me to fill the void until I find another forever furpal. I live in a decent sized house with a nice yard so there is plenty of room for animals to roam and stretch their legs. I give animals all the attention they want and need. Couches and beds are free game as long as it's ok with you, I wouldn't want to upset what an animal is used to. At my place there are Treats walks and belly rubs galore. I am a stay at home mom so my schedule is open and my routine can be changed to fit what your pup or other animal needs. I have no animals of my own and usually only take one family at a time for boarding and 2 families for doggy daycare unless discussed ahead of time with clients so I can match your pets normal care schedule and routine.

Alex is reliable, dependable, and flexible dog walker. She’s been able to get our dog to go to the bathroom on walks (our dog always refused before) and to start loose leash walking. Lily loves Alex and waits at the front door for Alex to pick her up on walk days. I highly recommend Alex!

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Cudahy. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Cudahy.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Cudahy. On Rover:

  • 92% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 97% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
