About: I owned a dog growing up and cared for and trained one with my family. I sit for friends and family from time to time and I love to play and take dogs for walks and, if they are able, runs of up to a few miles! I have a fenced in yard, and my kids (4, 8) are also great with animals. I work from home. About: Growing up my family owned a welsh springer spaniel. He was one of my best friends. I felt the same excitement he did when I walked in our front door to his excited jumping. After 13 years, he passed away of old age. Since then I have wanted to get a dog of my own, but I’m waiting until my husband and I get a house to take that step. In the meantime, I love caring for other family dogs. This is a super fun side job for me. I love all types of dogs, have experience with senior dogs, and am happy to care for more than one pet from the same home (whether they be cats, dogs, hamsters, fish, etc.). If your dog is nervous around new people, I will make sure to give them the care, attention, and space that they need. I always give frequent potty breaks, feed them at their regular time, and am very careful around doorways (so no one runs off on any solo adventures!). I have calm and confident experience with reactive dogs and big breeds especially. I'm a part time barista, working mostly evenings, so morning and mid-day walks work best for me. About: Married stay at home mom of 3 girls and 1 boy, who loves animals. Pre-covid I was a banquet cook for a living. I have always owned dogs( Pitts and huskys), cats, fish, rats, rabbits, turtles, bearded dragons, snakes, and other animals.. but currently have none of my own.. I'd love to watch others as a way for me to fill the void until I find another forever furpal. I live in a decent sized house with a nice yard so there is plenty of room for animals to roam and stretch their legs. I give animals all the attention they want and need. Couches and beds are free game as long as it's ok with you, I wouldn't want to upset what an animal is used to. At my place there are Treats walks and belly rubs galore. I am a stay at home mom so my schedule is open and my routine can be changed to fit what your pup or other animal needs. I have no animals of my own and usually only take one family at a time for boarding and 2 families for doggy daycare unless discussed ahead of time with clients so I can match your pets normal care schedule and routine.
