“Becky is the perfect boarder! She is very communicative and makes sure all our questions are answered. Our puppy loved her first stay! She was alao very accommodating to our late night pick up with flight delays”

“Hannah was amazing!!! She was so friendly from the moment we met. She went to Target for me and picked up a prescription for my dog with glaucoma and gave her drops twice a day without hesitation. I loved the pictures she sent me. My dogs can be skittish but they felt comfortable with her very quickly. I would highly recommend. Thank you Hannah!”

“This lovely couple were so nice to us and took excellent care of our dog, Parker. They shared pictures of Parker playing, napping, and having a blast. They were communicative and were thankfully able to accommodate a schedule change on our end. 10/10 will come back to them whenever we're in the area.”

We would love to have Debbie host our pup again in the future!”

About: As a dog lover my whole life, I wasn't able to get one of my own until a year and a half ago. Having our golden retriever Tommy has completely changed my life for the better! I absolutely love dogs of all kinds and enjoy being outdoors and playing with them. I work full time remotely, so I am extremely available and flexible to your schedule. I can accommodate any needs and have experience with both puppies and senior dogs, and everywhere in between. Tommy has been professionally trained and gets along great with other dogs. We are able to keep dogs in our apartment if needed, and have lots of parks and sidewalks near by for exercise. I currently work from home full time, so I am very flexible for your pets needs. I currently keep our golden retriever active (as he very much needs it!) and would love to add another dog to the bunch if needed. I live in an apartment but have lots of access to local parks and walking trails. I am available for drop-in visits and walks as well.
“Good communication, endless snuggles, happy pup. Provided updates throughout the entire stay. My dog was very loved and cared for and had a blast. Would definitely recommend and will book again!”

“We had Kristi watch our dog, Roxie, for a few days. It takes Roxie some time to warm up to new places and people. When Roxie wasn’t eating much, Kristi gave her some extra treats and tried some other foods to get her to eat a bit more, which I appreciated. We will use Kristi again!”

“Hannah was absolute perfection with Murphy over the weekend! Right from the start, her communication was fantastic—she kept us updated with regular check-ins, which made us feel completely at ease while we were away. I felt 100% confident and safe leaving Murphy in her care, knowing he was receiving so much attention and love. He came home happy and well-cared for. We will definitely be reaching out to Hannah again for our next trip!”

“Angela was great, our Penny had a lovely time and came home tired and happy. Angela was great with communication and pictures and very flexible about pick up and drop off. I would definitely bring our Penny back.”

“This was my first time using rover and Matt and Rachel made me feel very comfortable leaving Porter. They sent me regular photo updates and their communication was always clear and timely. I would definitely use them again!”

“Tyler is great! Very communicative and helpful with all my dog’s special needs and quirks. He has great dog energy and my dog is always soo happy to see him ☺️ I will always recommend Tyler to any friend needing a dog-sitter.”

Mikeila was a great sitter! I got regular photo updates of how my pup was doing, and she even gave him daily brushes to help him with his shedding winter coat during these hot summer days. She also has central AC which helped to keep him cool. I will be a returning client!
Erin was AMAZING! She and her pups hosted us for a meet and greet a few days before the 3-night stay and she really put my (and CC’s) minds at ease about having CC stay with a new person. Erin sent so many wonderful photos, videos, updates over the stay. She basically gave CC a vacation that I know she’s looking forward to already for the next one. Will definitely be booking with Erin again.

So kind and accommodating. It was great that she had a dog as it helped mine feel at ease. Sara asked for a meet & greet to make sure we were on the same page. Thank you for taking him to the dog park, his favorite place to be. Will definitely ask to rebook with her if needed on my next visit. Thank you Sara!

Blythe was an amazing sitter for my dog. Will absolutely book with her again! My dog Zelda is older with separation anxiety and Blythe was able to accommodate that very well. Zelda was so comfortable and happy at Blythe’s house and got tons of attention & care. It put me and my family at ease to know Zelda was safe and having such a nice visit. Would recommend!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
