“Rachel is great! She will love yours as her own. Stays updated and sends pics of your fur babies. Sets up a meet and greet which is wonderful so you know you’re in good hands. Definitely recommend and will definitely use her services again!”

“Blythe is absolutely wonderful!! We have never used a service like this for our Dobie and I was very nervous. Blythe was very easy to get along with and she made sure to send pics and updates daily which put my mind at ease. I highly recommend her to anyone thinking about using this service. Also our guy is an older dog (11) For us it was perfect that she only has one dog at a time. Bentley seemed to be very relaxed and comfortable with her!”
“Rebecca and her family made sure to make our dog feel right at home. We received 1-2 updates per day with multiple pictures. Would recommend to anyone looking for a sitter for their furbaby!”

“Laura is a wonderful dog sitter! Our 18 month old pup stayed 3 weeks with her and her chocolate lab. This was her 2nd stay with them. She was well taken care of. My pup and her dog were inseparable! Laura provided daily updates and pictures of our pup enjoying her stay. She followed our requests for special care for her. We will definately use her for future sitting and highly recommend her T.o Weber”

“Debbie was great! She was very on top of things with my pup Reggie. She set up a meet and greet ahead of time to ensure we were both comfortable with Reggie spending the night and it put my mind at ease. I completely trust her to take great care of my pup. Highly recommend!”

About: As a dog lover my whole life, I wasn't able to get one of my own until a year and a half ago. Having our golden retriever Tommy has completely changed my life for the better! I absolutely love dogs of all kinds and enjoy being outdoors and playing with them. I work full time remotely, so I am extremely available and flexible to your schedule. I can accommodate any needs and have experience with both puppies and senior dogs, and everywhere in between. Tommy has been professionally trained and gets along great with other dogs. We are able to keep dogs in our apartment if needed, and have lots of parks and sidewalks near by for exercise. I currently work from home full time, so I am very flexible for your pets needs. I currently keep our golden retriever active (as he very much needs it!) and would love to add another dog to the bunch if needed. I live in an apartment but have lots of access to local parks and walking trails. I am available for drop-in visits and walks as well.
“We had Kristi watch our dog, Roxie, for a few days. It takes Roxie some time to warm up to new places and people. When Roxie wasn’t eating much, Kristi gave her some extra treats and tried some other foods to get her to eat a bit more, which I appreciated. We will use Kristi again!”

About: I’ve been around dogs most of my life and have had my own since I was 10, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I’ve also taken care of friends’ dogs, gaining hands-on experience with different personalities and needs. I’m comfortable with both big and small dogs, including those who may be anxious or need a little extra patience. My goal is to make every dog feel safe, loved, and at ease while they’re in my care :) I’m available throughout the week and work remotely, which allows me to easily adjust my schedule for walks, potty breaks, and attention. I currently have a dog, so I only accept friendly dogs. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment where they can feel comfortable and part of the routine. I follow their usual schedule as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions. Since I have a dog, I make sure all pets are properly introduced and only accept dogs that are friendly with others.
“Katrina is top tier! She was responsive and kept us informed on how our Mac was doing. Such a warm welcoming environment for our little guy to stay in for a couple of days and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing he was in the best hands. Her dogs are the sweetest floofs too and we can't begin to express how pleased we are with how everything went. Forever grateful for the time and attention she showed.”

“Ashley and her family were absolutely wonderful with Remi! They were attentive, caring, and made sure my dog felt comfortable and loved while I was away. I really appreciated the daily photo updates and could tell my Remi was happy and well taken care of. I'll definitely be booking again!" Thank you”

“Tyler is great! Very communicative and helpful with all my dog’s special needs and quirks. He has great dog energy and my dog is always soo happy to see him ☺️ I will always recommend Tyler to any friend needing a dog-sitter.”

“Thank you so much Hanna. This was our first time using rover or any service for that matter. Kya was so tired when we picked her up which is good. It was so nice to know she was in good hands while we were out if town. Hanna kept me updated and answered questions I had through out the day.”

“Ashlee did wonderful taking care of my 11yo Shih tzu and 2yo Goldendoodle. She took them on walks, and sent me updates while I was on my trip!! She was flexible with the time changes in my travel and made it easy for me to pick them up!! I know my pups were in great care with Ashlee!! Thanks again ☺️”

“We boarded our dog, Cooper, with Joe for a week and couldn’t recommend him enough! We appreciated the initial visit, which allowed Cooper to get familiar with the space and meet everyone. Joe was very easy to communicate with and sent us 2-3 pictures a day, which we loved.”

“My dog's loved being at Amanda's! I got so many cute pictures while we were away and you can tell they enjoyed cuddling with her and her son. Our pups were truly treated like family and I have already booked my dogs next stay with her.”

“Erin was AMAZING! She and her pups hosted us for a meet and greet a few days before the 3-night stay and she really put my (and CC’s) minds at ease about having CC stay with a new person. Erin sent so many wonderful photos, videos, updates over the stay. She basically gave CC a vacation that I know she’s looking forward to already for the next one. Will definitely be booking with Erin again.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Mary and would highly recommend her!! She boarded our dog in her home for nine nights. She was extremely responsive and flexible, and sent lots of pictures with our dog playing and going on walks to his favorite places. We could tell how much she enjoys animals. Thank you for taking such good care of Auggie! 😀”

“Shannon was an awesome caregiver to our little Golden Doodle Sunny. This was our first time leaving him with someone other than family and she was awesome. Kept us updated with pictures and messages about how he was doing. Would recommend anyone who is looking for a good, caring care giver to work with Shannon.”

Blythe was an amazing sitter for my dog. Will absolutely book with her again! My dog Zelda is older with separation anxiety and Blythe was able to accommodate that very well. Zelda was so comfortable and happy at Blythe’s house and got tons of attention & care. It put me and my family at ease to know Zelda was safe and having such a nice visit. Would recommend!

Jennifer watched our 1 year old Cavapoo Mocha for over a week while we were on vacation. From the first time I met her, I could tell Jennifer loves animals. We got daily pictures and updates, which was great! Mocha seemed to fit right in with Jennifer and her family and pets! I know Mocha was in great hands while she was there. We will certainly use Jennifer again when we travel! Thank you Jennifer!!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in WI ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
