“Elba has watched our puppy several times, and I cannot say enough great things about her caring nature! Having a rambunctious puppy, we are always a little nervous leaving him with someone wondering what he'll get into and if they will provide him with enough outlets for energy. Our puppy always comes back home calm, cuddly, and happy. Elba always keeps you in the loop with what your dog is doing with photos using the app, which is also very helpful. Thank you, Elba!”
“Amy was fantastic! She was kind enough to pick up my last minute request and definitely showed Elliot lots of love during his time with her. Great communication and would definitely book with Amy again!”

About: We are a young, active couple that absolutely LOVES hanging out with dogs! We are avid travelers, so we have not decided to get our own pup yet... so caring for other people's dogs is where we can help and spend time with them! When staying with us, your doggo will have ample walks, play time, and lots of snuggling on our beanbag (a favorite of dogs that have stayed with us) and our bed. We would absolutely love to meet you and your dog... they will be so loved while you're away! Both of us work largely remote, so one of, if not both of us, will always be around the house to spend time and take care of your dog(s). We are also super active and love taking the dogs that stay with us on lots of walks during the day, runs, to the park, and even hiking! We live in an apartment, but at our place, we have a great backyard area with a long leash where dogs can hang out outside with us or go to the bathroom. Other than that, our apartment complex has tons of walking paths and green spaces that we take the dogs to run and play. Unless staying in a crate is specifically requested, we let all dogs hang out on our furniture, sleep in bed with us, and your pup will more than likely get a bath or two during their stay ( no muddy paws or stinky fur here)!
About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life. Live near Grant Park for great dog walks, fenced in yard. I have an elderly greyhound who vibes best with other calm dogs. I work remotely and am home throughout the day. Happy to care for your dog for boarding or doggy day care - calm home setup for dogs. I have a fully fenced in yard that dogs love to run around, a close walk to Grant Park for getting outside, and I’m home throughout the day for continuous care.
“Lotte gets along great with Katrina’s dogs and Katrina is wonderful with her and communicates regularly to let us know how who she is doing. We’re thankful to find someone who can watch her regularly.”

About: I've been training and caring for dogs, and various other animals, since I was a teenager. I started doing dog obedience and agility at 13 years old for fun. I worked in law enforcement for 12 years, and then became a professional dog trainer. I'm registered with the AKC as a CGC Evaluator # 109451 and also a APDT Member # 108298. I know dog and small mammal CPR, and first aid. I have a separate kennel room in my home for dogs, and small animals where my own dogs and bunny stay. Each dog has their own kennel to eat and sleep in. The backyard is quarter acre and is fully fenced and the dogs can run and play together. I have pet care insurance that covers training and boarding animals. I work full-time as a dog trainer, focusing primarily on board and train dogs. This means the dogs start at my home while I train them which I'm turn gives me a lot of time to focus on the animals that visit. I usually get up and get the day started at 6am, the dogs and I take naps and eat lunch around noon, and the final playtime with bathroom break is at about 10pm All of the animals in my care are treated the same as if they were one of our pets. Those that are child friendly get to come into the upper part of the house where my kids are and play with them. Those that aren't as interested in kids have access to my training room and kennel room which are kid free zones. All of the dogs get a chance to play in the fenced in yard. Those dogs that I have trained previously get mini refresher training throughout the day. Cats and other small animals are given individual care based on what they need. All of the cats and dogs that come into my home must be fully vaccinated, with recent negative fecal testing.
“Markie and Logan came home smiling and tired, which is really all I ask. they had a blast playing with all of the other dogs, and Logan didn't want to come inside from Joe's back yard!”
About: I am trying to make this my full time job, it's been going great so far & I strive to make sure every animal has the best time in my care 💘 xoxo. I've taken care of all kinds of dogs and animals since I was about 5 years old. I treat each creature as if they are my own. ALL animals deserve everything great in the world 🌎 ❤️ and I try my best with everything that I have, to help provide great care for them. I have 2 children and 2 fur babies of my own 🥰 I work from home part time. I am available all week during the day & night time and most weekends unless I post on the Rover calendar that I am unavailable. I have a fully fenced in, and clean yard. I have 2 dogs of my own to keep your animal company, unless your animal prefers to be alone. Anything can and will be arranged for the comfort of your baby.
“This was our first time with Katrina and I couldn’t be happier!! She is so sweet and the dogs at her daycamp all were a perfect match to Morgan’s personality. Have already booked more visits. Thanks Katrina for taking such great care of my pup!!!”

“I would definitely book with Jack again. He was accommodating and professional, so easy to work with. I was fostering a 4-month-old shepherd mix that was rescued from a very abusive situation in El Paso, TX. Thora was transported to Milwaukee and only fostered with me for a week when I found out that my remote status was abruptly ending that following week. Since she was just starting to come out of her shell, I didn’t want to leave her in a crate all day while I was at work. So, I turned to Rover! Jack lives nearby and with her abuser having been a male, I liked the idea of doggy daycare with a man so she could experience proper treatment from a male caretaker. He responded to my request right away and when we arrived for the meet-and-greet, Thora instantly took to Jack; there was no hesitation or fear. Jack was responsive and communicative all week, didn’t have any issues. Thora was rescued in rough shape. She was extremely underweight even for a puppy, so I was very specific and detailed about her meals and potty schedule and Jack stayed on top of it. I received updates throughout the day as well as pictures. Many of the pix were of Thora napping or lounging next to Jack; she was so comfortable there. He works remotely and took Thora to a nearby park on his lunch breaks. He taught her to play catch and sent me some footage for her online adoption bio. I watched Thora’s confidence grow under Jack’s care; it was great to see. She’d get so excited when we arrived at his home every morning. I’m so glad Jack was available that week; it worked out great for Thora. Thank you, Jack!”
“Lillian is SO amazing! She has watched my 8 month old Berner puppy and he’s so always happy to go over there. She always sends pictures and videos, and each time my pup looks SO happy and comfortable. Totally recommend her to anyone and will most definitely use her in the future. 😊”

“Second week of doggy daycare for Penny and she loves her attention from Dan, Holly and whoever else can give her pets and love. She use to not care for other dogs but is starting to interact and play. My heart is happy for this wonderful place for my Penny.”

“Julia and her family was very kind to me and Joker. They took care of Joker all day sending me pictures and videos and explaining how he was doing. Joker was happy in her house and I am sure we will contact her in the future.”

“Sandy was absolutely awesome! She took such good care of our fur baby Finnegan! She sent pictures and had a very cute treat game for Finnegan to play. I would highly recommend Sandy!”

About: My husband and I have had several pets throughout the years. We’ve owned rabbits, cats, birds and dogs. Currently we have one dog we adopted from the humane society. All of our dogs have been rescues. We enjoy providing a good home to animals and we look forward to caring for your pets. I’m at home daily so I am able to care for your pets as needed throughout the day. My husband is home in the evenings and will be able to provide walks for the dogs. We have a large fenced in back yard for your pet to play and explore. We only care for two dogs at a time as we have a dog of our own.
“Kait was so wonderful! Penelope is still a puppy and learning a lot and Kait was patient with her and very communicative with me. I appreciated the photos and updates throughout the day. Kait was also very flexible with my schedule which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!”
