Safety, trust & environment
I live on the second floor with access to a fenced in backyard. Hardwood floors in home. No kids or other pets of my own. I do have houseplants if your dog is sensitive to soils, fungus, or has a history of plant eating. Crating is an option I'm comfortable with if that's what helps your furry friend feel safe, though my ideal set up is to share my whole space and enriching lifestyle with your pup, or to visit them in their home where they're already comfortable. I'm mobile with the Jeep as well, so we don't have to stick to my neighborhood if your dog is reactive and needs some extra space.

Samantha has been great with walking our dog, Florence, every week! She’s always on time, thoughtful, and provides so much detail, even though the walks are only 30 minutes. My wife and I highly recommend her!
I liked Sam from the moment I met her. At the meet n greet, she came prepared with treats to offer my 2 dogs-after asking if they were allowed to have them. She had a calming personality, and took it slow the first time meeting them. During the stay, I enjoyed the updates, AM and PM. Along with pictures. She took the dogs for walks, and ended the day with snuggles and play time. It was hard to leave my babies with someone I didn’t really know, but I trusted Sam and I’d do it again.

Sam is my go-to cat sitter for my boy Coop. They show great care for all animals and Coop is always happy to see them. Sam is intentional about understanding Coop's personality and creating a good relationship. I know when I leave Coop in Sam's care he is safe, loved and happy.
Sam has watched my dog for varying lengths of time, including during the day, overnight, and up to 2 and a half weeks. Each time, I know that he is well taken care of and spoiled. They know all about his quirks and needs just as much as we do. They are always very communicative if there is an issue with him or even just to send updates on how he is doing. Sam makes sure that he is physically and mentally taken care of by taking him on walks, playing with him, and ensuring that he is getting the proper amount of food and supplements. Sam is the only person that we have trusted to watch him when we go away for long trips abroad because they are so good with him! There is no one else we would recommend more.

Schedule
I'm a part time barista, working mostly evenings, so morning and mid-day walks work best for me. I am available for night walks after work as well, if that works for your schedule. Weekend boarding is best with advance notice, as I occasionally pick up Friday and Saturday shifts at the coffee shop.
