About: I grew up with dogs, and miss them dearly in my life! Friends, neighbors and family have relied on me for years to take care of their pets: while away traveling, or in hardships. From closely monitoring my friend's cat after surgery when she couldn't call off work, to weeklong stays in family homes with rambunctious puppies, I've done it all. I've always had a passion for animals, including exotic pet care! I have personally kept a freshwater aquarium and understand that fish and reptile care is much more detailed and intensive than many may first assume. You can rest easy knowing your pets will be in good hands, and will be given the detailed care and attention they deserve. I'm currently in recovery from a chronic pain condition. This gives me incredible flexibility to take on care at any time, and give your pets the attention they deserve! Depending on my health, my availabily may fluctuate, but now that I'm finally on the upswing I'm ready to be active and my abilites will only increase in the coming months! I am currently not offering care through my own home, but I am happy to provide check ins on many varieties of pets! I adore reptiles and exotic pets, and will happily feed, administer care, and help wear them out by playing inside, in the yard, or walking the nearby area.

About: Update: 1. We just bought a kiddie pool for dogs! If your pet gets over heated in the summer and enjoys water time, they can enjoy the dog pool in our backyard. (: Update 2: We are fully booked for the rest of 2026. Accepting bookings only if there are any cancelations or else- beginning Jan 2027. Thank you. 💜 We have a massive fenced in backyard for dogs and playtime for cats will be indoors. For dogs, we're happy to give them 4 walks a day and lots of playtime and fetch in the fenced-in backyard. For cats- we have a huge bay window overlooking a bird feeder so cats can soak in the sun and spend their time watching the birdies. We do not put any fur babies in crates unless you specifically ask us to (we do not own crates so you will have to provide one). This is not our full time job nor income, we're doing this because we LOVE animals so at our home, your pet will feel like its their vacation time! They'll have plenty of indoor and outdoor space to run around and be happy and comfortable! We also do not accept more than 1 booking at a time. 2 dogs from the same family are welcome but we don't accept multiple bookings from different households at the same time. We do not want our home to feel crowded and we do not want the dogs and cats to feel overwhelmed so you can always be assured that our house will feel like a mini stress free vacation for your pets! (: We will need you to provide everything your pet will need for their stay including food bowl, water bowl, toys/treats, food and most importantly- medications if needed. For Doggy day care: if we are doing doggy day care, we will only be taking one dog at a time, or 2 dogs from the same family. We want to ensure that the pet has a fun time while away from their fav human for a few hours, and simultaneously we want to have stress free work days (: Thank you! (: We work from home full time so we are available for walks, and playtime in the fenced-in backyard. We also love dogs and cats so they're welcome to join us in our bed for all naps! We have two cats of our own but they will have no interaction with your dog/cat; when we are sitting your pets our cats will be in the basement (which is their fav place in the house anyway). If you're reaching out to us about cat sitting, please also ensure that you're willing to provide litter.

About: Hi! I really love being around dogs as I have grown up with four dogs since I was a kid! They have been my best friends my entire life and I wouldn't have traded away a single moment with them. I am experienced in taking care of dogs and love to be around them and play! Not everyone understands how much effort goes into taking care of your best friend but I do! My family currently fosters and looks after dogs which encouraged me to do something similar. My family provided insight into rover and I thought it would be a great idea with my experience. Moreover, I currently live away from home due to school so I miss the companionship as well! About: I have had my own dogs for the past year or two and absolutely love spending time with dogs. I understand their needs and try my best to make sure each dog gets their own individual needs taken care of. I do this on the side and my schedule is variable. I love to get to know the owners and dogs together, while taking all the necessary precautions to stay safe right now. I am willing to give baths and clip nails if needed, as long as the dog cooperates. I love being able to keep the dog(s) active and engaged because I understand the need for engagement and exercise. I may not have any professional experience but I love everything dog and will work extra hard to make sure your dog is loved and cared for! I usually have mornings open so I can walk your dogs and get them up and moving in the beginning of the day! I am born and raised minnesotan so I also know how to brave the weather so you don't have to My dog is very needy and loves attention so I'm also used to having a dog around and keeping them engaged! Jessica was a fabulous caretaker of my frail CKD kitty. She followed all of my instructions to a "T" and shared daily updates and photos of Max Kitty. Sadly, Max has since passed away. I'm comforted knowing that Jessica provided such tender care near the end of Max's life when I had to leave town on short notice. I'd definitely recommend Jessica to care for any pet.
Lizzie dropped in twice a day throughout a long weekend to feed and spend time with our cat, Betty. We did a meet & greet before booking and talked through Betty’s needs. I felt very comfortable with Lizzie taking care of our fluffy girl and she provided pictures of each of her visits which showed Betty getting lots of love and pets. Hannah is AH-MAZ-ING!! I had to go out of the country for two weeks and my biggest concern was my precious cat Bella and my two big, beautiful goldfish. When Hannah and I first met I expressed my anxiety about my trip and her immediate response was, "How can I help you?" I was immediately relaxed by her sincerity, we had a nice conversation, and she asked great questions. I felt that Hannah was the just the right pet sitter and it gave me true peace of mind. She was indeed great, Bella quickly warmed up to her, particularly loving the daily brushing Hannah gave her. Hannah even noticed one of my goldfish not acting himself and reached out to me right away. From our communications she tested the water, found the issue, and was able to treat it. My goldfish rebounded quickly. I'm so grateful that she was so observant! I will definitely request her pet care services when I travel again. I couldn't ask for a more reliable sitter for my pets.
