Jennifer is an absolute gem! She was an incredible caretaker to our two young cats while my family took a weeklong trip to the Bahamas. We were quite nervous as this had been the longest we had been away from them and we had had a poor experience prior with a sitter over a long weekend a couple months earlier. Jennifer was the complete opposite of our previous sitter! She went above and beyond! She sent several videos and pictures each day, which put our mind at ease. We could see how much she played with the cats and we could see they were still up to their funny shenanigans. We felt relieved to see that the cats looked happy and were well cared for. Jennifer sent daily texts to keep us updated and even communicated concerns like some ice forming on our front walkway and asked if she would like us to salt it. She took our garbage and recycling out and brought it back in. She did so much without even being asked. Jennifer is the sweetest, most caring sitter you could ask for.
