About: Hi, my name is Mikayla. I graduated Eden Prairie High school in 2016. I attended argosy university to become a vet tech and then switched my major to become a veterinary assistant and received my certificate in 2018. I have worked for the PetSmart PetsHotel for 4 years. I have a lot of experience with dogs and cats. I know how to bathe dogs and trim dogs and cat nails if requested. I had a miniature poodle for 13 years named Patch. I have dog sat for family and friends multiple times and they all have recommended me to their other friends with fury members of their family. I love spending time with dogs and learning their personalities while I am taking care of them. I would love to take care of your dog or cat. 😊 I currently work at the Eden Prairie PetsHotel cat and dog boarding facility full time. I bring the dogs with me while I’m at work if they’re up on vaccinations. I also come home during lunch breaks if near by to let the dogs out. I make sure the pet is continuously watched and well cared for while I’m taking care of them. I make sure they’re fed and walked or played with in their yard

“Jamie did a great job taking care of my kitty while I was away. She arrived on time and sent pics and updates so I knew she was in good hands. Definitely recommend!”
“Leah is absolutely wonderful with our dog Dylan! From the start, she was reliable, communicative, and clearly has such a natural way with animals. Dylan felt comfortable with her right away, and we loved the updates and photos Leah shared while we were gone it gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was happy and cared for. Leah is responsible, trustworthy, and treats pets like her own. We couldn’t recommend her more highly and are so thankful to have found her!”

I’m patient, observant, and adapt to your dog’s personality — whether they need playtime or a calm presence. Visits Include: Potty break / short walk Food & fresh water Medication (if needed) Playtime or calm companionship Cleanup Photo + update every visit Why Me: On time and detail-oriented Comfortable with anxious, senior, or sensitive dogs I don’t rush visits — your pet gets real attention Clear, consistent communication Availability: Flexible — mornings, afternoons, evenings Meet & Greets: Happy to meet first to make sure it’s a good fit Pet care fits easily into my daily routine, so your pet gets consistent, focused attention. I plan my day around scheduled visits and keep my workload manageable to avoid rushing. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening drop-ins, and I build in buffer time between visits to be flexible if your pet needs extra care or attention. Whether it’s a quick potty break or a longer, more relaxed visit, I show up on time and fully present for your pet. I care for pets in their own home where they feel most comfortable and secure. During each visit, I make sure your pet gets the right balance of care—whether that’s playtime, exercise, or calm companionship. I pay close attention to behavior and will let you know if anything seems off. I also keep your home tidy (food areas, accidents, litter, etc.) and always send updates with photos so you know how your pet is doing. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible—for both you and your pet—by being reliable, attentive, and respectful of your space.

About: I’ve been a lifelong cat owner and a go-to pet sitter for friends and family, trusted with extended dog care since I was 13. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet, and I aim to make both you and your furry friend feel comfortable and well cared for. I also understand that having someone else in your home can bring its own anxieties. I’m just a normal woman—mom of two young kids and a healthcare worker—who takes that trust seriously. I like reality TV, 2000s emo music, genealogy, and I’m forever starting and abandoning craft projects. Consider me your stand-in bestie. I handle routine care including feeding, litter box maintenance, playtime, brushing, walking, and administering medications to cats when needed. I enjoy getting outside with pets to play fetch in the yard or explore neighborhoods. Even better is a cozy lap snuggle on the couch. I appreciate a detailed run-down before meeting your pet: quirks, routines, preferences, and behaviors. The more I know, the better I can care for them exactly the way you do. You can expect plenty of photo and video updates for peace of mind. As a scrapbooker and millennial woman, I take photos very seriously and love capturing the perfect cute, funny, or frame-worthy shot. Need plants watered or a small task handled while I’m there? I’m happy to help with that too. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, which allows me to offer standard drop-in visits and extended daytime drop-in visits for pets who need extra companionship, supervision, or enrichment during the day. Visits can range from 30 minutes to several hours. I treat every home as if it were my own and every pet as if they were mine. Safety is my top priority. I secure doors, gates, and any areas where pets could escape, and I carefully follow each owner’s instructions. I pay close attention to pets’ body language and behavior, adjusting my interactions to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I provide consistent supervision, and ensure pets feel secure and cared for at all times.

About: I began dog sitting and in a few years I got my own beautiful doberman, Brooklyn. I raised Brooklyn since she was a puppy and did all of her training and care myself. Your Dog will get all my attention. There will be opportunity to go outside every few hours. Dogs are allowed in the bed at night, too.
