About: There’s something about a dog’s loyalty, personality, and the way they become such an important part of our lives that I’ve always cherished. My love for dogs began at a very young age; at just six years old, I had a Poodle of my own and was already learning the responsibility and joy of caring for a dog. Throughout my life, I’ve proudly had dogs of my own and cared for friends’ and family members’ dogs while they were away. We recently lost our beloved German Shepherd/Husky to old age, and although his loss was difficult, it reminded me how much joy dogs bring into our lives. I would love the opportunity to share that extra love and attention with another amazing dog while their family is away. I’m a lifelong dog lover with more than two decades of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments, ranging from 2 to 165 pounds. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality, quirks, routines, and preferences and tailoring my care to help them feel safe, comfortable, and at home. I care for every dog as if they were my own, providing plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, affection, and walks when weather permits and with the owner’s approval. My 60-by-55-foot fully fenced yard provides plenty of space to play, explore, and enjoy multiple potty breaks throughout the day. I also work from home with a flexible schedule, allowing me to be present and attentive to my furry guests. Whether your pup loves cuddles or prefers personal space, I’m happy to follow their lead and respect their individual needs. With experience caring for dogs who are anxious, fearful, reactive, or more challenging to handle, I’ve developed strong observational skills and can recognize signs of stress, discomfort, illness, or injury. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been a dedicated dog owner for over 8 years. For the past 3 years, I’ve also fostered pups, giving me experience with a wide range of temperaments and styles. I’m comfortable with everything from high energy personalities to shy or anxious dogs. I’m comfortable with senior dogs (my last pup was 18!), puppies and everything in between. At this time, I’m focusing on small and medium sized dogs so they will be the best match for my own dog and I can provide the best care possible. I work full time from home and am available to board in my house anytime for most lengths of time. Lots of time to play with your pup! Right now, I’m open to hosting small and medium pups—as they are the best matches for my own dog. My dog, Elliot, loves to go for walks (weather permitting) and we’d love for your pup to tag along! If the weather is bad, my yard is perfect for zoomies, ball/toy chasing, neighbor watching and basking in the sun. I have my own small pup who is energetic and loves to play, but isn’t pushy. I work from home so we are together all the time! We walk often—in the morning, at lunch and in evenings. I have a fenced in yard for potty breaks with lots of toys and enrichment. I am home most of the time, but would contain (kennel or pen if needed) when I leave and I’m also open to pups that aren’t kenneled but safe to leave out (I’d put away my own dog).

I also have firsthand experience caring for dogs with medical needs, as my former dog had epilepsy, so I understand the importance of closely following medication schedules, recognizing changes in behavior, and staying calm when a pet needs extra care. I’ve cared for dogs at all stages of life, from energetic puppies to senior dogs, and I’m comfortable with breeds that may need more individualized attention, including French Bulldogs and Italian Greyhounds. Above all, I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your dog. I’m attentive to instructions and routines and will make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I work full time but live just 6 minutes from my office, so I’m often able to come home over lunch. My husband works flexible hours as a realtor and is home during the day as well, so your pet will have consistent care and company throughout the day. I typically leave for work around 7:00–7:15 AM and am home by 4:30 PM at the latest. We’re happy to give pets plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and walks throughout the day, depending on their individual routine and needs. We have a fully fenced-in yard and live in a very walkable, dog-friendly neighborhood, making it easy to provide both outdoor playtime and regular walks. I’m happy to care for dogs in our home or in their own home, depending on what makes them most comfortable. I’m also available for dog walking and can tailor walks to each dog’s age, energy level, and routine. Our toddler has grown up around dogs—she’s had two dogs at home and two at daycare—so she absolutely loves them and is very comfortable around dogs. We currently don’t have any pets of our own, which means we can give your dog lots of one-on-one attention. We want every dog in our care to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and included as part of the family while they’re with us.

About: I have over a decade of professional experience with pet-sitting, as well as a lifetime of personal experience. This includes with Chihuahuas, Frenchies, Spaniels, Chow Chows, Great Danes, Boxers, bully breeds, and more. Care can include low-stimulus times or tiring animals out. I do maintain full-time employment that I would need to work around, but am WFH more often than not, so often can do drop-ins throughout the day. I would just need to schedule ahead of time as the in-office requirements for my full-time job are not consistent or regular. I would love to care for your animals in their home environment and prioritize their comfort, health, and safety over everything. I can make myself available for meeting(s) ahead of time so animals can feel familiar with me prior to any care.
