About: I love all kinds of dogs! My childhood wish finally came true when I was in high school and my parents decided to get a family dog when I was the only kid left in the house so a lot of responsibility fell on me. My family dog, Willie, is now 5 and I have been the primary care giver while pursing my academics. I understand the different needs for various types/ages of dogs such as length of walk, amount of food/treats, type of toys, attachment, etc. I'm a recent college graduate and just moved back to the Plymouth area where I'm originally from. My full time job is hybrid so I have the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. I'm available after work hours on weekdays (roughly 5pm give or take) and also have availability anytime on the weekends. I also have a car so it is easy for me to drive around the Plymouth area. I care for pets in my own home by making sure the house is "dog proof" and ensuring there aren't any objects out that could harm the animal. I also care for pets in clients homes by respecting their space and making sure the home is neat after caring for their pet.

In-Home Sitting: When staying in your home, I maintain your dog's normal schedule to minimize stress—same feeding times, walking routes, and bedtime routines. I'm comfortable administering medications, and I'll keep your home secure and tidy. About: A welcoming and gentle environment for your dog. 15-30 minute meet and greet needed to assess chemistry between your dog and my dog, Roxy. I try to be a good pack leader (like Cesar Milan), but I'm more of an indulgent uncle. This means I'm a perfect fit for nervous dogs but less of a fit for dogs who require regular reminders of who the boss is. I'm semi-retired from tech support, so I have plenty of time to focus on your dog. House is dog-safe too; treats are out of reach and garbages bins don't have treasures for even a hound to find. Fenced backyard with no obstacles. Dogs are allowed on couch and bed. Toys available to all dogs in family room. Feeding is done with consideration of the natural resource aggression present in all dogs.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been a dedicated dog owner for over 8 years. For the past 3 years, I’ve also fostered pups, giving me experience with a wide range of temperaments and styles. I’m comfortable with everything from high energy personalities to shy or anxious dogs. I’m comfortable with senior dogs (my last pup was 18!), puppies and everything in between. At this time, I’m focusing on small and medium sized dogs so they will be the best match for my own dogs and I can provide the best care possible. I work full time from home and am available to board in my house anytime for most lengths of time. Lots of time to play with your pup! Right now, I’m open to hosting small and medium pups—as they are the best matches for my own dogs. One of my little ones loves to go for walks (weather permitting) and we’d love for your pup to tag along! If the weather is bad, my yard is perfect for zoomies, ball/toy chasing, neighbor watching and basking in the sun. I have 2 of my own small pups (one that is a couch potato and the other loves to play, but isn’t pushy) and work from home so we are together all the time! We walk often—in the morning, at lunch and in evenings. I have a fenced in yard for potty breaks with lots of toys and enrichment. I am home most of the time, but would contain (kennel or pen if needed) when I leave and I’m also open to pups that aren’t kenneled but safe to leave out (I’d put away my own dogs).

I have raised our dog Stitch from puppy to now 4 years old and know the importance of giving dogs regular walks, play and most of all loving attention. I also live with my partner’s 2 senior dogs. Dogs are amazing souls and we love ours tremendously. We understand reactive dogs and are happy to accommodate personalities of all kinds :) I work from home as an art director so I have lots of flexibility with my schedule. I’m happy to accommodate same day requests especially as we monitor weather and can switch to an at home visit if a walk isn’t viable. I understand crating and will honor detailed requests for all things dog; picky eating, certain schedules, etc. I’m patient and detail oriented so I will never miss a request or judge, I want you and your dog to feel comfortable. I will bring one of my humans along to help from time to time and can accept meet and greets first so all parties feel good prior to one on one time with me, my fam and your pup.
