I also have hands-on experience working in a shelter environment, where I cared for dogs of all personalities — from sweet, energetic puppies to reactive dogs and those with behavioral challenges. I respect household rules and follow any care instructions closely to ensure consistency and minimize stress for your pet. I’m comfortable with crating when needed, providing enrichment activities, and engaging in play to make sure pets are both physically exercised and mentally fulfilled. I also have no problem cleaning up after dogs or cats and keeping their space tidy. I always take cues from the animal — whether they need structure, space, playtime, or affection. About: Hi!! I have taken care of dogs and cats of all ages. I am new to rover but have been working with animals for several years- this includes walks, dog training and belly rubs! I live in a spacious townhome with a backyard so your dog will have plenty of attention and space to run around. “Tala was professional and kind and took good care of our cat while we are on a trip! She provided lots of love and care to him, evident through pictures and videos. She also offered to do a meet-and-greet to see our cat, our place, and to meet her as a person. Our cat did not have any medications to administer or any food/water that needed to be given as we have an auto feeder and fountain, but our main ask was for Tala to clean his litter and give him lots of love and play with him if he was in a playful mood, all of which I believe Tala did while we were gone. I currently work from home and am free to set my own schedule or take my work anywhere I would like during the day and I am free every day of the week In a client's home I am always respectful of your boundaries and your dog's boundaries. If a dog is a little possessive of their toys, I know how to respectfully and calmly establish play with them. I also am firm, but kind. I know how to establish that I will be listened to without ever using fear tactics or shouting, but remaining calm, speaking firmly, and rewarding when appropriate.

About: I have owned and trained my dogs my whole life, so I've been through it all and have seen it all, crazy pups to the senior years and all in between. I do not bring my dog with me on walks/visits /stays because he's all about playing all the time and many dogs are not interested. I work from home so I am able to adjust my schedule for walks/visits/stays. My girlfriend is with my dog when I do stayovers. Because I am a dog owner, Im used to dogs always being part of my daily routine. For overnight stays we will just go over whatever you and your dog's needs are regarding feeding, meds, walks, amount of time in home etc.
