About: Coming to Open-Play Boarding & Daycare is like a day at a theme park for pets! They have a blast running around and, by the end, are happily exhausted. We provide plenty of clean water and beds in all play yards for pets to relax. If open-play is new for your pet, it’s normal for them to feel more tired and thirsty than usual, so just give them time to rest and drink plenty of water at home!

“Avancon did great with Nova, happy that she was in good hands.”

About: I grew up with a dog, but really learned about dog training when I rescued my dog, Meatball. She has taught me a lot about dog ownership, dog training and what goes into making a home a calm, structured environment where a dog can feel comfortable and thrive. I can administer oral medications and give injections. I am also happy to manage topical treatments as well. I work from home most days and am around in the evenings. I crate dogs when I head to the gym or store. If you like your dog to get out for adventures, I'm happy to take them with me to run errands, to the local brewery and to on hikes and walks in new places with new smells. Walks happen at 7am and 4pm, with a potty break before bedtime. More walks can be added if needed. I am a fan of structured play in the evenings as well - fetch, tug and other games that balance fun and listening. For daytime care, dogs are out of their crates and usually hanging out in the office with me while I work. At bedtime, all pups are tucked into their crates. Crates can be in the living room or guest room, depending on owner preference. I do not allow dogs on my furniture or in beds - I find it makes it harder to maintain hierarchy in a new environment. I ensure everyone gets plenty of affection and attention.

About: I have had dogs of all sizes and personalities growing up. My dog that I have now is a 3 year old salt/pepper miniature schnauzer who I’ve have had since a puppy- so I understand the importance of routine, play, and snuggle time. I had many family dogs that grew old and I took care of them in their senior years. My husband and I work hybrid so there is always someone home and your dog will not be left alone for long stretches of time. We both love dogs and will be able to treat your dog as one of ours during their stay with us. I have a very flexible hybrid job that allows me to adjust my schedule as needed. My husband also works hybrid. Both of us only go into office 1-2x/week but we alternate days so there is always someone at home. We live in a cozy apartment near plenty of walking paths. I walk our dog 3x a day and love adding in mental stimulation and playtime to keep pups happy. Your dog will be treated like one of ours—safe, loved, and relaxed. I may not have a backyard, but I make up for it with routine and attention. We incorporate play breaks, enrichment time, and provide a calm, loving home environment so your pup will never feel alone or unstimulated.

“Rebekah is extremely caring and communicative. We met her beforehand so our dog and hers could get a feel for each other. Everything went well during the meeting and we knew our dog was in great hands. She sent several updates throughout the day regarding meals and walks, and we really appreciated how much she cared for our dog while we were at work. We will definitely plan on booking with her again soon!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals for about 5 years and my love for them has not changed whatsoever. I’m always excited to meet new friends especially when they feel the same way I always care for my cat everyday and sometimes my cousin’s dog if I go to her apartment next door. Taking care of pets is important for me because they are always there for you when you need them most I have a fence in my house to keep any pet from danger and if an animal is not friendly with others my cat has his own room.

“Due to our busy work schedule and long commute, my husband and I had to quickly look for a daycare sitter for our pup. We are so glad to stumble upon Tommy, who is reliable and truly goes above and beyond when taking care of my pup. He kept us updated throughout the day with photos of when our pup is eating, napping, and playing. He even took him out for a run. He even cleaned our pup’s food bowl and water bowl and returned them back at the end of the day. What an amazing experience!”

“Angie was the perfect fit for our dog! We spent the day at Disneyland knowing that our pup was in good hands. We love the fact that Angie works from home. She was able to send us photo updates throughout the day, take him on walks, and give him all the snuggles he needed as he was the only animal in her care. What a lucky dog! This was comforting for us and allowed us to completely enjoy our time at the park. Thank you, Angie!!”

About: In 2017 i meet my boyfriend, who has many pets. I’ve taken care of both of his German Shepards (mom & dad) & their litters. Also two chihuahuas(mom & dad) & their babies. Also looked after five cats. I am definitely an animal lover! I would be available any day and time you need me. It would be great to have a fur babies company and get out with them! I live in my apartment, which I keep very tidy. I find that it helps when I bring an animal over. Love to make them feel as home and comfortable as possible.
