About: Have had animals my whole life and grew up on a ranch and currently I am a dog mom to a super big friendly 110 pound Anatolian Shepherd. I am great with reactive dogs and larger breeds as well as small breeds. As a new mom, I am currently trying to walk as much as possible, and would love to take all of your furbabies on walks. I am available weekdays and weekends and have an extremely flexible schedule, it would be my pleasure to treat your fur baby to some fresh California air! I live in a large three-story loft that has plenty of roaming space with my super friendly dog named blue. We have immediate outdoor access for potty time.

I would prefer dogs who are kid friendly. About this sitter: My name is Tessa and I'm a stay-at-home mom of 3. I love animals and have 2 cats myself! I would love to make your dog a part of our family for the day or longer! Regarding my cats: I am able to keep my cats separate from your dog, if you are concerned about that. I think it’s best to keep them separate to avoid any issues. I put my cats in my primary bedroom upstairs along with all their stuff and they are perfectly fine! But if your dog is cat friendly, I don’t mind letting them interact a bit. My senior cat is just a little freaked out by high energy dogs but she calms down after a bit. My younger cat is probably more open to dogs, she’s very friendly and mellow. Either way, I’m happy to accommodate! I drop my 3 kids off at school Monday-Friday and I am done with that around 8:30am. I pick up my youngest at 1:40 and my middle child at 3pm. So I will have about 4 hours each day until pick up my youngest. I am also available most weekends. Just message me and will do my best to accommodate your schedule. We live in a 4 bedroom condo and I have a fenced in patio and plenty of walking space throughout my neighborhood. Your dogs will feel safe and right at home! I will also make sure that your dogs are safe and cared your dog is in my home!

It was more than enough because my pup is super easy to care for. They walked him, fed him, and played with him and I think Shelby sent more pics than I’ve ever gotten from any daycare before. I also appreciated that Shelby clearly had put in some time to learn about dogs and their behavior. I’ve done that myself so I noticed in the things she said that she had spent some time on learning about them. That always makes me feel more comfortable with daycare because it makes people more likely to see signs of potential problems in dog interactions. I would absolutely have them watch my pup again in the future.”
