About: I’ve cared for my own dog for the past year, and I’ve also pet‑sat for my family members’ dogs whenever they’ve needed help. Those experiences taught me how to be patient, attentive, and consistent. I’m responsible and dependable, and I always make sure pets get the same level of care and comfort they’re used to at home. I’m a college student home for the summer, so I have plenty of time to give dogs the attention, exercise, and affection they need. I love building my routine around caring for pets and keeping them happy and active! I work hard to provide a safe, welcoming environment for every dog I care for! I have a fully fenced backyard where dogs can play and explore, plus a friendly dog of my own who loves company. During visits, I follow all care instructions including feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, walks, medication (if needed), and any specific routines. I also provide attention, playtime, and companionship based on each pet’s needs, along with a basic wellbeing check each visit. I make sure pets are safe and comfortable before leaving and send updates with photos and notes after each visit.

I spend a good amount of time with them outside in the yard, they are never let out without supervision.

“This review is overdue! We first booked Shellby a few months back on very short notice. It was a very last-minute request, and our usual walker/sitter was unavailable. I contacted Shellby and she got back to me very quickly. I was worried because I usually do a "meet and greet" any time we have a new sitter, but in this instance, it wasn't an option. Shelby was an excellent communicator leading up to her walking/feeding my dogs, and put my mind at ease. My dogs did great with her and the care they received was excellent. I've since rebooked Shellby and plan to do so again. I'm so glad I've found this great new dog walker. Definitely recommend her services!”

About: I’m a dependable and strong woman who’s comfortable with bigger dogs, but gentle and patient with smaller ones. I’m not a professional trainer, but I pay attention to dogs and can usually tell when they’re feeling scared, stressed, or unsure. I also stay aware of my surroundings on walks to help keep every dog safe. I do work a full time M-F 9-5 and have a dog of my own. So I’m only available weekends for now I will follow any instruction, no matter how unusual, lol. Feeding, walks, routines, if it’s leaving the tv or music on or warm up a heat pad, etc, whatever you need—so your pet feels comfortable and taken care of.
