About: My mom's fear of cats, and my mild allergy stopped me from having cats of my own, but in college, I knew a couple people with cats and was a reliable cat sitter for when they went out of town. Most frequently, I helped care for a cat my boyfriend at the time brought home and named Napkin, and I got really close to him. I helped take care of him a lot, including bathing him, getting him neutered, and taking care of him when my ex had some issues at his place and had to go under construction for a couple weeks. One friend in college had just gotten a young 7 week old kitten with some sort of bowl issue that had been going on for a while, when he had some sort of family emergency and had to travel overseas. I think they had said she had eaten something she wasn't supposed to, but she would be fine, and she improved completely after the first 2 days. I fed her, cleaned up after her, and bathed her as needed, spot cleaning her as much as possible without leaving her covered in poop. It was tough to give her back after an entire week, but I knew I couldn't keep her even if they had let me. At my last job, a lone newborn kitten was found in a box on the top shelf of the warehouse. The mom couldn't be found, so me and the others in my department took turns caring for the kitten in the office until we were able to find a mother to adopt into her litter. I held her, bottle fed her, and pooped her for an hour at a time, a couple times a day for 2 work days, hiding her when the boss walked by. She's in one of my pictures. It's the only one I have of me holding her. I got really close to the cat my ex brought home while we were dating. Unfortunately, I'm mildly allergic to cats, so I don't think I will ever have any of my own, but on a more temporary basis, they are well worth the sniffles!

I would love to make your dog a part of our family for the day or longer! Regarding my cat: I am able to keep my cat separate from your dog, if you are concerned about that. I think it’s best to keep them separate to avoid any issues. I put my cat in my primary bedroom upstairs along with all their stuff and they are perfectly fine! But if your dog is cat friendly, I don’t mind letting them interact. Either way, I’m happy to accommodate! I drop my 3 kids off at school Monday-Friday and I am done with that around 8:30am. I pick up my youngest at 2:28 and my middle other 2 kids get out around 3:30. So my days are pretty open. I am also available most weekends. Just message me and will do my best to accommodate your schedule. We live in a 4 bedroom condo and I have a fenced in patio and plenty of walking space throughout my neighborhood. Your dogs will feel safe and right at home.
