I look forward to meeting you and your pup! I work full-time during the week, but I work from home on Fridays, which gives me extra flexibility for walks, check-ins, and quality time with your dog. I understand how important it is to know your pet is getting attention, exercise, and companionship while you're away. Most recently, I cared for a friend's dog and home for an entire month while they were away. During that time, I maintained the dog's normal routine, took them on daily walks, brought them to the dog park and the beach, and made sure they received plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship.

About: Hi, my name is Michelle. Over the years I’ve raised and trained many of my own pets and regularly dog sit for all of my family. I currently have one dog, a Rat Terrier named Memo. He is high energy but he's a happy boy and has the best temperament. For housesitting, please be advised that I will be bringing Memo to stay with me at your home. I have a Rat Terrier who gets a long with all dogs, he loves to play but is pretty respectful of dogs who are not into it. Dogs have free rein of my house. I spend a good amount of time with them outside in the yard, they are never let out without supervision.

I have three dogs of my own, including two small poodle-Lhasa Apso mixes and one large 100-pound dog, so I am very comfortable caring for both small and large breeds. About: My 16-year-old Pomchi bestie, Stella, is a testament to my care. I have been feeding, bathing, and loving her since I was 17 years old, and she is still doing great in her senior years. I am also a masters-level clinician in behavior health as a behavior analyst (BCBA). Because of this, not only am I well-versed in behavior change, positive reinforcement, and navigating challenging behaviors, but I've also had the honor of working with families of diverse backgrounds, including neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ families :) I'm taking some time off from my usual work as I wait for my out-of-state licensing to process for a fully remote position.
