I currently work a full-time job, and on weekdays I schedule pet care visits after 6:00 PM, allowing me to be fully present and unrushed during each visit. On weekends, I usually volunteer in the mornings, and I am fully available after around 12:00 PM to focus on pet care. I intentionally plan my schedule this way so I can provide consistent, attentive, and dependable care.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable. Each visit includes feeding according to instructions, fresh water, litter box cleaning, and gentle play or companionship based on the cat’s personality and comfort level. I also closely observe behavior, appetite, and overall well-being, and I provide updates and photos for peace of mind. I’m very respectful of my clients’ homes and keep everything clean and organized. I wash my hands before and after care, sanitize food and litter areas as needed, and make sure your home is left exactly as I found it. With experience caring for my own cats and volunteering at a no-kill shelter, I’m comfortable working with cats of all temperaments—from shy and anxious to playful and outgoing. My goal is to provide calm, patient, and loving care so both pets and their owners can feel completely at ease.

I also need to be aware of your pet’s health condition, especially any medical issues or special needs, as this is very important for the safety of all my clients and my own cat as well. Additionally, please share feeding instructions and any safety concerns, such as whether your pet knows how to open doors, tends to escape, or if extra attention is needed to keep doors and windows securely closed.
A typical day
I always start by letting pets get comfortable with me first—I gently offer my hand so they can smell and get familiar with me at their own pace. Once they feel at ease, I refresh their food and water bowls with clean dishes and fresh meals. After that, I take care of litter box scooping and tidy up their activity areas so they can enjoy a clean, comfortable space. The fun part is spending quality time together! I enjoy gentle petting, interactive play with toys, and talking softly to them. I pay close attention to their mood, energy level, and behavior, and I always share updates and photos with pet parents so they feel connected and reassured. My goal is to make each visit feel calm, safe, and enjoyable—like a familiar routine with a trusted friend.
