“Ana is an EXCEPTIONAL pet sitter!!! The best ever! I can't say enough nice things about her. She Sent pictures of him and communicated with me on a daily basis, while on a 12 day cruise! She gave him a bath, medication, and hand fed him when he was reluctant To eat. She left my house sparkling - totally clean & my Yorkie looking super healthy and cute! She was an angel - took care of my little dog like he was her own. I know he was sad to see her leave - but we will Always call her in the future! Carolina was great! She was kind, easy to work with, and followed all of the instructions we left for our dogs. She also took good care of our house while we were away, which we really appreciated. The dogs seemed happy and comfortable with her, and we were especially happy to see how quickly Obi warmed up to her since he’s usually a little cautious with new people. Ana was absolutely incredible!!! I truly cannot recommend her enough. From the moment she started watching our dog, Pixie Dixie, we knew she genuinely cared for her like family. Her communication was outstanding the entire stay. She sent constant updates, adorable photos, and thoughtful messages that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Every update showed how loved and comfortable Pixie was. Ana went above and beyond with Pixie with playing with her constantly, introducing new games, cuddling with her on the couch, and even sleeping beside her because Pixie wanted to be close to her. Seeing how attached Pixie became says everything about the kind of person Ana is. She also took phenomenal care of our home. Everything was spotless, organized, and exactly as we left it. By the end of the stay, Ana no longer felt like “just” a Rover sitter — she felt like family. We trust her completely and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring, responsible, communicative, and truly wonderful with animals. Pixie already misses her, and so do we!

My wife and I booked Dalton and Mariela for overnight house sitting for two weeks. Our Boston Terrier is 1 year and 4 months old old land we've not spent one night away with him since we've been owned by him. Suffice to say we were nervous leaving him for our first time, especially being so long. Throughout our trip, they texted us, providing us pictures of him an keeping us up to date. We came back from our trip to a healthy and happy dog. In addition and equally as important, our house was left in the same clean condition as we left it in. Patricia and Steven were great! Really easy to communicate with and coordinate. And they were able to help me out at the last minute. Steven came to my house to sit my dog Squid and he was super friendly. We had really great conversations during the handoffs both before and after the sitting. He was super punctual and texted me photos of Squid while he was watching him. I would 100% rebook them in the future if I needed help watching Squid again. Squid seemed to really like him too!
Jacquelyn was so great with our nervous little guy, Tommy. He usually has separation anxiety when I leave him but he did better than usual with her. We are so grateful that my husband and I got to spend time in Disneyland thanks to her and calm, loving demeanor which kept our dog calm!
