Mahaam took care of my cat over the past five days and she was fantastic. She reliably cleaned the litter box, fed my cat and even cleaned up when my cat threw up, which I appreciated more than she knows. Her updates were reassuring, her care was thoughtful and it was clear she genuinely wanted my cat to feel comfortable while I was away. I’d absolutely request her again the next time I’m traveling.
This is the second time Elicia has taken care of our 17 year old, and I hope she never retires! She is someone I can trust completely; we were on a cruise so we didn't have service a lot of the time and knowing she was in charge back home made it so much easier to relax and enjoy myself, because I didn't have to worry!
Tala was AMAZING with my sweet boy! She always provided updates and photos with each drop-in visit and was always quick to respond. From the updates, it seemed that my cat loved their time together! Xiao did an absolutely fantastic job caring for my two cats. She was incredibly attentive and clearly took the time to make sure they were comfortable, happy, and well cared for.
