About: Hello! I have done Dog Rescue for 20+ years. This includes fostering and walking all types of breeds and ages of dog, though I specialized in small breeds. This also included lots of cleaning up after dogs! My mother and brother do dog rescue with me, so dogs are a family affair for me. In recent years I have fostered many litters of puppies, all small breed. I have owned dogs in the past, but right now I am dog free. My previous dog sitting experience has included up to 10 dogs at once. I can give medications as needed, or any special needs your dog may have. I am available on weekends and holidays. I look forward to meeting you and your dog! I have an extremely flexible hybrid work schedule, so I have a lot of time to spend with you and your pet! I am a home body and would rather be home with a dog than out. I am more than willing to watch dogs in my home, since I often foster dogs there. My home is “dog proof”. I also have no issues with going to other places to dog sit.

“It was my first time using Rover, or even leaving my dogs with anyone new. I was really nervous to use Rover because my dogs have shown aggression toward people and animals. But after meeting Annie, my fears and anxiety quickly went away. I immediately knew she was a pro with handling dogs. For example, as we were walking towards Annie, Annie sat at a non-direct angle to the dogs and avoided eye contact. This helped them feel comfortable much sooner than I had anticipated. About: As a mom of four and an empty nester, caring for others comes naturally to me. I’ve had dogs my whole life and am completely comfortable with pets of all sizes and personalities. I currently spend my time caring for seniors, so patience and attentiveness are second nature. I speak both English and Spanish and treat every dog as if they were part of my own family. I spend Monday through Wednesday at a senior home but have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation. I’m available for pet care the rest of the week (and Monday-Wednesday, as needed) and can adjust as needed for your pet's routine. I live in a clean, pet-friendly apartment and am very comfortable caring for dogs in smaller spaces. I make sure pets get plenty of walks, attention, and love.
