Let Me Love Your Pets!
Growing up, my cat Lily was my life. I took care of her until she was 19 years old—through multi-centric lymphoma (which she went into full remission for), kidney disease, and eventually old age. She had such a large spot in my heart that I have her name tattooed on my hand. That’s how much my pets mean to me, so I guarantee I will love and dote on your pets with the same attentive care you personally would! When I lived in Colorado (where I moved from just over 6 years ago), I helped house sit for a beautiful husky for 3 years while she grew from a little puppy to a wonderful adult dog and have been looking to fill that void ever since by walking and taking care of other dogs (and kitties) here in California. Safety, trust & environment
As I have had extensive experience with both cats and dogs, I am comfortable taking care of both. I cannot do subcutaneous shots or things involving needles but I am comfortable pilling cats or dogs (provided it is not a struggle, I don’t want to risk injury to self or them). I am comfortable with elderly pets, and pets with mild to moderate special needs. I promise to take every safety precaution imaginable (I have anxiety so I assure you: I’ve thought about every worst case scenario and plan accordingly) to make sure your pets are as safe with me as they are with you regardless of their age, breed, or level of need.

Anna is truly the greatest!! When she house-sits, she truly HOUSE sits! Our house had a couple issues while she was here and she was so calm and resourceful. We came back to very happy pets and a super clean home! She’s our favorite!!

My cat had a health issue while I was away & I felt so comforted Anna was my Rover to help through all this. She gave me amazing detailed updates & took phenomenal care of my cat. She had to take her to the vet which my cat hates but Anna has great experience with this. Thank you Anna!!

Schedule
For drop-ins and walks: I will know my primary work schedule 2 weeks in advance, and would therefore highly prefer not to schedule pet care more than 2 weeks in advance so that I can provide you with the most accurate scheduling information as I have two part-time jobs. If your pet is highly flexible with drop-in or walk times, I am comfortable booking further out as long as there is understanding that I may have to adjust arrival times. If I have a known assignment during the requested care stint, or any changes are made to my schedule, you will be made aware within 2 weeks of your pet’s scheduled care visits. For returning client housesitting: As with drop-ins and walks, I prefer not to schedule housesitting care more than 2 weeks out if at all possible, but I am happy to remain in communication if you are looking for something further out. If your pet has set times that they absolutely need to eat or walk, please specify that when we first start discussing your pet care needs to ensure their schedule can be upheld. If possible, please give at least 2 days advanced notice for all drop-in and walk needs as I do have two primary jobs and will not be able to accommodate day-of requests. - Please let me know the most recent time your pet received flea preventative medication and be able to provide proof! I have three cats at home and want to keep them safe :) Please let me know about any specific quirks about your dog (if there are things it’s afraid of, routine parts of their day they can’t miss, food allergies, etc.), any medical needs they may have, and any set schedule items that are not flexible as my work schedule may not be the best fit for more rigid schedules or longstanding/recurring pet care stints. I want to ensure your pets have the most consistent care possible! If possible, please give at least 2 days advanced notice for all booking needs as I do have a primary job and will likely not be able to accommodate day-of requests. Again I would also prefer not to book more than 2 weeks in advance, too, so that I can provide you with the most accurate scheduling information.
