Let Me Love Your Pets!
Growing up, my cat Lily was my life. I took care of her until she was 19 years old—through multi-centric lymphoma (which she went into full remission for), kidney disease, and eventually old age. She had such a large spot in my heart that I have her name tattooed on my hand. That’s how much my pets mean to me, so I guarantee I will love and dote on your pets with the same attentive care you personally would! When I lived in Colorado (where I moved from just over 5 years ago), I helped house sit for a beautiful husky for 3 years while she grew from a little puppy to a wonderful adult dog and have been looking to fill that void ever since by walking and taking care of other dogs (and kitties) here in California. So, please, let me love your pets! **Please see my calendar for openings! I am currently on a new client housesitting hiatus, former clients can still reach out and inquire for housesitting! I do still accept new client requests for walks and drop-ins. Please see the following section for specifics on hours and availability.**

Safety, trust & environment
As I have had extensive experience with both cats and dogs, I am comfortable taking care of both. I cannot do subcutaneous shots or things involving needles but I am comfortable pilling cats or dogs (provided it is not a struggle, I don’t want to risk injury to self or them). I am comfortable with elderly pets, and pets with mild to moderate special needs. I promise to take every safety precaution imaginable (I have anxiety so I assure you: I’ve thought about every worst case scenario and plan accordingly) to make sure your pets are as safe with me as they are with you regardless of their age, breed, or level of need.

Anna has done drop ins for us for Over three years. She my 2 cats just like if they were hers. Anyone can change litter , top off water , put food in the bowl, but Anna , even from the very first visit, goes miles beyond that. Spends quality time loving on your pets, thorough post visit reviews, plenty of pictures and that special connection is able to make , Thanks Anna

Anna did an amazing job taking care of Cleo. From the start, it was clear how attentive and patient she is. She was great at redirecting Cleo whenever she got into her playful “bite everything” mode—whether it was my plants or anything else she could get her paws on. What I really appreciated was how well Anna balanced everything. She made sure Cleo got enough rest, which isn’t always easy with a high-energy puppy, and also kept her engaged with play and positive interaction. Cleo was happy, well cared for, and clearly enjoyed her time with Anna. I felt completely at ease knowing Cleo was in such good hands. I would absolutely recommend Anna to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and caring sitter.

Schedule
For drop-ins and walks: As of August 2025 I will know my primary work schedule 2 weeks in advance, and would therefore highly prefer not to schedule pet care more than 2 weeks in advance so that I can provide you with the most accurate scheduling information as I have two part-time jobs. If your pet is highly flexible with drop-in or walk times, I am comfortable booking further out as long as there is understanding that I may have to adjust arrival times. If I have a known assignment during the requested care stint, or any changes are made to my schedule, you will be made aware within 2 weeks of your pet’s scheduled care visits. For returning client housesitting: As with drop-ins and walks, I prefer not to schedule housesitting care more than 2 weeks out if at all possible, but I am happy to remain in communication if you are looking for something further out. If your pet has set times that they absolutely need to eat or walk, please specify that when we first start discussing your pet care needs to ensure their schedule can be upheld. If possible, please give at least 2 days advanced notice for all drop-in and walk needs as I do have two primary jobs and will not be able to accommodate day-of requests.
