That experience taught me how important it is to stay observant, responsive, and gentle when it comes to feline health and behavior. I treat every cat as if they were my own child — with love, respect, and a deep understanding of their unique personalities. I enjoy playing and bonding with cats, but I also know when to give them space and let them be themselves. Xiao did an absolutely fantastic job caring for my two cats. She was incredibly attentive and clearly took the time to make sure they were comfortable, happy, and well cared for. She spent quality time with them, especially engaging with my younger, very energetic cat, which I really appreciated. She was consistent, reliable, and had excellent communication throughout. I received plenty of updates, including photos and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I also have a cat who is a major door dasher, and Xiao was extremely careful every single time and he did not get out once. She followed all of my instructions exactly and went above and beyond. I will absolutely be using Xiao again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. Thank you again. You took such good care of them and I really appreciate it.
Xiao did a great job taking care of my cats while I was away for a week. She even cleaned up vomit, which I didn’t ask her to do, and sent me photos and updates every day so I knew how they were doing. My cats are very needy, and usually when I come back from a trip, they meow and complain nonstop. But this time, they were so calm—like I had never even left. That really showed me their emotional needs were well taken care of. I will definitely book with her again next time I travel!

Amazing all around. Xiao looked after my cats while I was abroad for over a week. She sent me updated photos, videos, and paragraphs reviewing how the visit went. She is very thorough from start to finish and spends time playing with your pets. I’d book her over & over again.
