At home, I have a Golden Retriever named Peach and a cat named Lily, who are my whole world. Growing up, I worked alongside my parents in their dog sitting business, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. During drop in visits, I can provide food and water, potty breaks, playtime, cuddles, and anything else they may need. About: I've been caring for animals informally for years. I had my own fur baby, Charlie, who was so much more than a pet—he was my best friend for 13 years. He taught me that when it comes to caring for animals, the most important qualities are patience, consistency, empathy, and understanding that no two pets are the same. Since Charlie's passing, I've loved helping friends and family care for their furry companions, whether dogs or cats. One of my favorite parts is getting to know each pet's unique personality and what makes them tick. Whether it's long walks, chasing toys, cuddles on the couch, or simply enjoying each other's company, I love meeting pets where they are and giving them the care and attention they need. Spending time with furry friends has truly become one of my favorite ways to spend the day. I'm comfortable caring for both dogs and cats, keeping them active, entertained, and sticking to their routines. I also have experience giving oral medications when they can be hidden in food or treats. A little about me—I'm a licensed mental health counselor, so patience, compassion, and empathy come naturally to me. I know how much trust it takes to leave your furry family member in someone else's care. I'll treat them with the same love, attention, and respect that I gave my Charlie boy. Whether you're away on vacation or simply at work for the day, I'll make sure to keep you posted with plenty of pictures and updates so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for. My schedule varies from week to week, but I’m generally available Thursday through Saturday for walks and drop-in visits! I make sure to keep my Rover calendar up to date so you can easily see when I’m available. Since my days off are dedicated to pet care, I can often accommodate different times throughout the day. Whether your furry friend needs a morning walk, a potty break, some playtime, or just a little extra company while you’re away, I’d love to spend some time with them! At this time, I'm offering dog walks and drop-in visits in your home. While I'm not currently able to provide boarding, I'm more than happy to come to your pet's familiar environment, where they can feel safe, comfortable, and stick to their normal routine. Whether it's a walk around the neighborhood, playtime in the backyard, a potty break, fresh food and water, or simply a lil extra love and time hanging out while you're away, I'll make sure your pet receives the care and attention they deserve. I'll also treat your home with the same respect and care that I would my own, and I'll always leave things just as I found them.

About: I have my own dog named Jake, he is now entering his senior years and just turned 13 this past December. I’ve had him since he was about a year old and we’ve been able to make lots of great memories together. I’ve worked at multiple grooming salons and have had limited veterinary experience. The vet experience has taught me to provide pets with liquid medication as well as pill medication. I have also raised kittens, not only when I was in school, but I now have my own kitten named Oakey, and she’s a fast growing girl! My own dog has problems with arthritis, so I know how important it is to take care when tending to your pets specific needs. Overall, I have strong love for animals and feel that the care I can provide to them will leave both pet and parent happy. I work full time in a remote setting which allows lot of flexibility location wise. My weekends and evenings are where I’m most available to provide care I currently do not do day care stays at my own home, but for care provided in my clients home I would ask for a list of requests so I can give your pet the care you desire. With my own dog, I’ve found he’s most comfortable in his own home, so I am confident that following your pets normal daily routine is the best way to ensure that they feel comfortable and safe while you are away.

In your home, I’m careful with doors, gates, leashes, and harnesses, and I always respect both your space and your pet’s boundaries. I pay close attention to changes in behavior, appetite, energy, or anything else that seems unusual, and I’ll communicate right away if I notice something.
