1. Ethan K.

“Ethan was great! Called ahead of time to make sure it was a good fit. When he got here, our dog took to him right away. He was communicative and shared pictures with us afterward. We felt a lot better on our trip knowing our dog was in good hands!”

2. Manu C.

“The house looked exactly the way I left it. The girls were excited to see us, but well cared for in out absence. 3rd time using Rover, and we are 3 for 3 with sitters we would call again. Very Pawsitive experiences.”

3. Harley B.

“Harley was AMAZING! She took care of and treated our girl Mila like she was her own! Harley was responsive, easy to work with and connected so well with Mila. We WILL be booking with Harley again!”

4. Lauren S.
About: I have been around pets since I was a child and have had my own dog for 6 years and a cat for 2.5 years now. I got my dog as a puppy, so I am more than willing to work with pets of any age. I recently finished my second masters degree and work full time in healthcare 3 days/week but can provide care before work, after work, and on my days off. Having 4 days/week off is great and allows me flexibility with my schedule. I love allowing pets to be part of the family, adventure outside often, and allow walks to be the dogs walk and not my walk.

5. Jake M.
“Jake has been around cats and dogs his whole life. We have had cats since he was born. He understands what it takes to care for them and the love and attention they need. Our family/friends have dogs and he is always asking to take them for walks and playing with them. You will see Jake sitting on the couch with the dog laying on him or next to him being petted. Jake is caring, trustworthy, clean and focuses on any tasks that are given him”

6. Nina T.
“Nina is fantastic with all types of animals! She’s familiar with caring for cats, dogs, and guinea pigs and treats everyone’s pets just like her own. 10/10 fantastic pet sitter!”

7. Sarah B.
About: I’ve had pets my whole life. At least two dogs for as long as I can remember, but currently (and for quite some time) I have four dogs and two cats. I’ve helped train my pets from puppies and cared for them as senior so I have experience in every aspect of dogs’ and cats’ lives. Ive cared for a coworker’s pets in the past and I’ve worked with horses since I was 8. Animals are my life My weekdays are open, especially once I finish school in mid May. My weekends won’t be free for some time, unfortunately. I’m happy to sit at your home with your pets if wanted, especially during the summer, and I love to take them for walks (I know many good trails) and play with them I wouldn’t want to take pets to my home as it is very full of other animals and I wouldn’t want to overwhelm mine or your pets, however I am happy to care for your pets at your home and I will do whatever needed to make your pets comfortable, especially around a new person

8. Nikki L.
“Nikki is a kind, active and responsible young lady who has all the love in the world to give to your pooch! You can rely on her to be responsive and can trust that your fur baby is safe and well-cared for.”

11. Suneetha I.
“Sunset has been absolutely wonderful as a new dog sitter. She is caring, attentive, and truly passionate about taking care of dogs. From the start, she made sure to understand all the needs and routines, and her gentle, patient approach made a real difference. It’s clear that she genuinely loves animals, and our dog felt comfortable and happy around her. We feel confident and at ease knowing our dog is in such good hands with Sunset!”

12. Wade G.
“My wife and I employed Wade for our two week trip overseas to take care of our 4 year old cat - Temujin. Wade was a spectacular pet sitting and house guest. Even before departing on our trip Wade made sure to meet with me separately to confirm Temujin's needs, preferences and standards of care. We were given daily updates on Temujin throughout our trip. Whenever any - small - instances would arise Wade immediately contacted us to inquire as to the best resolution and then deftly acted. We returned home not only to a clean and orderly house but a healthy and happy cat. Based on other's testimony and the pre-pet sitting questions, I am sure that Wade is more than equipped to take care of not only cats but also dogs and other animals. I cannot recommend Wade's services any higher and believe he will always act in the best interest of the animal. Thank you again Wade!”

14. Sarah P.

“Sarah stayed with our dog Molly for 2 days and nights. She did an awesome job! We could see from all the pictures and updates that Molly was well cared for. Would highly recommend Sarah!”

15. Jennifer R.
“Jennifer is a very trusted and well liked dog sitter for our family. She took care of our senior Siberian Husky, Cinnamon, when we were away for an extended period of time. Huskies are a challenging breed however those with separation anxiety are 10 times more challenging. We normally take Cinnamon on vacation with us. But the entire family left without her. Enter Jennifer. She was able to give Cinnamon the care (comfort, company, stability, a schedule, exercise &, of course, meals,) that she needed during this stressful time. Her whining stopped. She didn’t exhibit any destructive behavior. We returned home to a happy, healthy & well adjusted dog. We plan to contact Jennifer the next time we need a dog sitter.”

18. Alexandra B.
About: Hello! I am new to this app, but I have been working at St. Hubert’s (animal shelter) for two years now and in foundations for more than 14 years! I have four adorable dogs and one cat in Colombia. I am the manager at Arca de Noé, a foundation that rescues street dogs and helps find them homes. At the foundation, I have done every kind of work—feeding, bathing, providing medical care, and cleaning their beds and kennels. I also used to take care of friends’ pets when they were away. Animals are the most important thing to me. ❤️ For now I have my afternoons off! I just work for 5 hours during the morning, so I have enough time to take care of any kind of pet. I live in a townhouse, really close to a lot of places to go for a walk, it is a nice area to walk, really nice area.

About: My family got our first dog, Rudy the Westie, when I was 10 years old for scoring my first goal in soccer. Since then, after moving to Boston, then Denver, and now back to NJ I've lived in all sorts of animal houses always with a mixture of cats and dogs. I've long been trusted by my friends to take care of their furry friends (from young to old) while out of town or just needing a helping hand. Currently living with two cats, my tuxedo cat Sweet Jane and my roomate's Calico cat Shuri. I recently moved back to NJ and while job hunting, I have spare time on my hands to work Rover and Uber so I currently have a flexible schedule.
