“Bridget and I were unable to meet, due to a last-minute booking, before she agreed to housesitting with my cat Lily. However, that was not an issue at all because she was very communicative and open with me with any problems in her stay. From the photos that I received, it was obvious that Lily trusted her and enjoyed her company, which is any pet parents first concern. On the last day, although I told her that she did not need to do any of it, she washed the linens from her bedroom, as as well as as the previous sitters bedroom linens, all the towels, the shower curtain, and it was obvious that she had cleaned the bathroom and the kitchen spaces as well. This was above and beyond, but I think it goes to show her attention to detail and her desire to leave your home in the same or better condition than she found it. I would not hesitate to reach out to Bridget again when I have to travel.”

About: I have loved every dog like its my own and cant wait to prove that to you! I love to send as many pictures and updates when I can as well as keep the home in cleaner than how I left it! I am a college student so my schedule its complex but not filled! I have alot of free time especially on the weekends and I have alot of free time during the afternoons on weekdays! I always like to make sure I know the puppers lifestyle before working with them so I can prepare accordingly in my schedule to get them the attention that they need as well giving way too many cuddles and hugs! I like to make sure I can see the pupper as leads every 5 hours or sooner to make sure they are comfortable and plan accordingly to give them the undivided attention they all deserve

“Amazing!!! Absolutely amazing! Thomas took very good care of our Golden Retriever (Broddie) and Shih Tzu (Destiny). This was our first time using Rover for dog sitting, nervous and was very impressed with Thomas willingness to bond with our furry ones and ensure that he had everything needed to take care of both dogs. Provides daily overviews of the activities, and things done throughout the day (photos included). Not only did he take care of our dogs but was willing to take care of our Ferret and Goldfish and still did an amazing job! Very clean and organized with day planning and capable of working with a provided schedule. Will totally recommend Thomas to anyone!”

About: I have been around pets since I was a child and have had my own dog for 6 years and a cat for 2.5 years now. I got my dog as a puppy, so I am more than willing to work with pets of any age. I recently finished my second masters degree and work full time in healthcare 3 days/week but can provide care before work, after work, and on my days off. Having 4 days/week off is great and allows me flexibility with my schedule. I love allowing pets to be part of the family, adventure outside often, and allow walks to be the dogs walk and not my walk.

I always follow each pet’s routine, care instructions, and any special needs provided by the owner to make sure they feel secure and well cared for. I maintain a calm, clean, and safe environment where pets can relax and feel at home. Whether it’s during a walk, a drop in visit, or extended care, I always keep a close eye on pets and make sure they are safe, comfortable, and happy at all times. I’m attentive to behavior, body language, and any changes in mood or energy so I can respond quickly if something seems off. I also make sure pets have fresh water, proper feeding, plenty of exercise or playtime, and lots of affection. Communication is very important to me, so I provide updates, photos, and messages to keep owners informed and reassured while they’re away. My goal is to create a safe, trustworthy experience where both pets and their owners feel completely at ease.
