I grew up with my beloved Maltese, who was a part of my life for many years and truly shaped my love for animals. Over the past 20 years, I’ve cared for the dogs of friends, family members, coworkers, and even my pastor—building a reputation as the reliable, loving go-to pet sitter in my community. I live near a beautiful local reservoir with a safe walking path that I’ve used with many dogs over the years. I’m very familiar with the area and always remain alert and aware during walks to ensure your pet’s safety. I would never put your beloved pet, another animal, or anyone else in a risky situation. Their well-being comes first—always. As a teacher, safety is second nature to me. I bring that same responsibility and care into my pet-sitting—balancing structure and protection with plenty of fun, love, and tail wags along the way!

About: I have over 25 years of experience watch dogs. The last two years I have been working with the See Eye Foundation as a Puppy Sitter. I sit for puppies 8 weeks to 13 years old, for a single day to over a week. I also have a 12 year-old English Fox Hound that likes to take me on walks/runs daily I am currently retired and this leave me plenty of time to take care of your dog. I am an avid runner and cyclist, so walking or even running with your dog is not a problem I do not have a fenced yard, but I have a 3-acre property where dogs can roam and run. I do have a 120 foot leash that lets the dogs run without fear of them running away. If your dog likes to play fetch or just do a lot of exploring, the yard is ideal for them. I am also available to do multiple daily check ins and walks if the dog prefers to stay at home.

About: I have been a dog lover my whole life. I got my first dog at 5 and never looked back. Ive been a veterinary assistant for the past 21 years with experience in both general practice and rehabilitation. During this time I learned a lot about many different breeds, sizes and ages of dogs, especially in rehab. I also have experience pet sitting in people's homes, for family and for friends. Im currently not working. I spend most of my days at home enjoying life so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pups! I have a newly fenced secure yard. Bathroom breaks are always available. My property is private with little to no traffic. On nice days we walk around the property. On and off leash walks are an option. The whole house is dog friendly Im able to easily separate dogs when and if needed for eating, sleeping and bathroom breaks. I have an old cat that is dog friendly but will swat if bothered too much. Ideally I would love to care for little dogs that can join in our daily life.
