There is central air conditioning for hot summer days and I only use natural products when cleaning our house. No pesticides are used in the yard so it is safe for dogs and chickens, as well as wildlife!

“Amazing!!! Absolutely amazing! Thomas took very good care of our Golden Retriever (Broddie) and Shih Tzu (Destiny). This was our first time using Rover for dog sitting, nervous and was very impressed with Thomas willingness to bond with our furry ones and ensure that he had everything needed to take care of both dogs. Provides daily overviews of the activities, and things done throughout the day (photos included). Not only did he take care of our dogs but was willing to take care of our Ferret and Goldfish and still did an amazing job! Very clean and organized with day planning and capable of working with a provided schedule. Will totally recommend Thomas to anyone!”

“Bridget and I were unable to meet, due to a last-minute booking, before she agreed to housesitting with my cat Lily. However, that was not an issue at all because she was very communicative and open with me with any problems in her stay. From the photos that I received, it was obvious that Lily trusted her and enjoyed her company, which is any pet parents first concern. On the last day, although I told her that she did not need to do any of it, she washed the linens from her bedroom, as as well as as the previous sitters bedroom linens, all the towels, the shower curtain, and it was obvious that she had cleaned the bathroom and the kitchen spaces as well. This was above and beyond, but I think it goes to show her attention to detail and her desire to leave your home in the same or better condition than she found it. I would not hesitate to reach out to Bridget again when I have to travel.”

Our prior sitter bailed on us last minute and Jennifer came through with professionalism on very short notice. She came very prepared and took notes on how we like to have things done. The photos she sent every few days of our trip made us very comfortable with the level of care our boys were receiving and made it clear how much they enjoyed her company. About: I have lots of experience with my own dog, who is an 11 1/2 year old yellow lab named Luna that at I've had since she was a puppy. She's been through a few surgeries, eye issues, etc. that l've taken care of. She and l are pet therapy certified through The Bright & Beautiful Therapy Dogs. I have dog sat for multiple people, but almost always while staying at their house. I'm able to take them on walks (long or short), feed them, administer medication, and make sure they get their movement in. I have not taken care of as many cats, but I am able to feed, change litter, and play with them. I'm not as well-versed in cat behavior as I am with dog behavior. I’m working remotely so I will have plenty of time to play with and care for your dogs. I’m available pretty much anytime but request at least two days notice. I have a fenced in backyard. My dog is very friendly with others and mostly just minds her own business. I don’t have an extra crate available.

About: My name is Jennifer R, and I have been an animal lover all my life. I grew up with two cats, one indoor and one indoor/outdoor, as well as a malamute mix, and I now have one dog and five cats that i care for with my family. I have dog sat occasionally throughout my life for family and friends, and I started working professionally with animals in 2017. Through my varied training, I have gained experience with many different animals. I worked at two different boarding kennels where I fed, medicated, groomed, and walked the dogs and cats that were boarding. I began my animal welfare career at an animal shelter in the summer of 2018, and since then I have learned a lot about dog and cat handling, dog training/behavior, medical procedures (i.e. vaccinations), and some information about small animals. I have received some continuing education credits from Maddie’s University in classes for animal behavior. I have also worked at two dog daycares, so I have been trained in canine body language and managing play. I have experience fostering kittens and also fostered a goose! I am very open to all sizes and breeds of dogs and cats as well as other types of pets. I hope to give your pets the love they will be missing from their parents while you’re gone! “10/10 would recommend! Jessica and Guillermo were so amazing at taking care of Zip. Zip is a reactive dog and we were quite anxious leaving him with a sitter for the first time. Jessica made us feel so comfortable for the entire week she stayed with Zip. She was communicative and sent lots of pictures that made us know he was in great care. She respected all the instructions we gave for taking Zip on walks and was very comforting knowing we were a little nervous to leave him. We had some travel delays getting home and Jessica made accommodation to stay extra time so we didn’t have to worry about Zip. Jessica and Guillermo stayed at our apartment for the week as well and were incredible guest. They were clean and gracious and even cleaned up before leaving. Safe to say Zip has new best friends and we will absolutely be booking again!”
