She sent frequent photos and videos which showed us that our adopted and often timid beagles trusted her, felt safe with her and were actually being their true goof ball selves. Most sitters think they’ll try to “fix” their issues which never works and creates a tense dynamic, but Qishu didn’t appear to judge us for all our instructions and expectations. Our dog can be skittish and shy & Kristine was great in taking care of her, giving her just enough space and attention. She took Daisy for a walk, fed her, and gave us updates with photos. About: I've loved all animals my entire life. I've been a veterinary technician for 24 years, so I am very capable and knowledgeable. I've mostly worked in emergency and critical care. I'm willing to do it all. From basic pet care to medical treatments. I have experience with cats, dogs, reptiles, and small mammals. My schedule is very open right now. I have 2 cats of my own, and they are my world. I have retired from the veterinary field, at least for the time being. Rest assured that with me, your pets are in the best possible hands. I tend to care for all animals as if they are my own and I truly love them. I am a very quiet person myself, and I have a calming effect on animals. I will spend every possible minute that I can making them feel calm and secure. I am very experienced with animals in the veterinary field so I am willing to do it all! Unfortunately I cannot allow pets to stay in my home as my cats would object. But I am willing to stay in the pet owner's home! I'm also willing and capable to give medication.
