We did a meet and greet before dropping Dobby off, which I think was very helpful and put Dobby at ease when we finally dropped him off. They were very kind and attentive to Dobby’s needs. I was concerned about Dobby staying in someone else’s house with another dog because he is a rescue and he’s kind of skittish, but Dobby and Mia got along really well. Nikita sent me daily updates and photos and that was very reassuring. I also really appreciated the fact that they took Dobby out on hikes and walks with them. That was a real plus, since Dobby is an active dog. I would highly recommend Anthony and Nikita to anyone who is looking for a pet sitter. About: I've loved cats for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family always had cats, and I learned early on that every cat has their own unique personality, preferences, and way of showing affection. In 2014, I adopted my cat Momo, who became my constant companion for nearly 12 years. He had such a big impact on my life that he eventually became the inspiration for much of my artwork and the creative business I run today. About: I had a dog for 15 years and while we are holding out on getting a new one for a few years till we stop traveling so much, we would love to hang with yours periodically when in town! We have a fenced in yard to throw a ball in (and a six and nine year old who never tire in doing so) and love taking walks to all the local Piedmont parks with a pup. My husband is mildly allergic, so unfortunately only able to take in non shedding, hypoallergenic poodle type mixes. And of course dogs need to be kid friendly, but my kiddoes are very sweet and gentle with dogs and will give the dogs lots of pets and affection in return. My husband and I both predominately work from home so there's always someone around to love on a furry friend or take a break to get outside for a walk. About: I’ve grown up around cats and dogs my whole life, and currently have 2 kitties at home. I love getting to know each animal, and experiencing the cuddles and love each have to give. One of my favorite times of day is playtime- I feel like they always come alive and it’s so fun to be a part of. I have also done a lot of overnight cat/ house sitting as well! I’m currently working part-time and have a few other side gigs, so this works into my routine perfectly! I love the flexibility of pet sitting. I know that some animals especially cats are more sensitive than others, and I like to give them plenty of grace and space to get to know me and become comfortable with me. I know animals are all unique with their personalities and limits and I always try to respect what they show me they are okay with. I am comfy with daily visits and also overnight stays.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and grew up with two cats and a dog. Today, I have two cats of my own and understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets. As a graduate student in Counseling Psychology, I value patience, responsibility, communication, and attentiveness. I do my best to communicate clearly and respond promptly so we can find a schedule that works well for you and your pet. I understand that trust is one of the most important parts of pet care. When caring for pets, I take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and any special instructions so they feel comfortable and secure.
