“Ryan has been walking my dog,Polka, for the last week now and it’s been a godsend. I’m back working in the office and I’m gone all day. So to be able to trust Ryan to come and walk Polka and get her out of the house halfway through the day has been awesome. He’s reliable, responsible, and Polka loves him.”

“Corrine is great! Seems to really care about the animals, and was focused on making the experience easy, safe and convenient for the whole family. We will be looking to use her again!”

About: As a dedicated pet sitter, I understand that every furry friend deserves personalized care and attention. I’ve looked after a variety of pets, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and engaged while their owners are away. I am committed to providing a nurturing environment that meets each pet's unique needs, whether it’s playtime, walks, or snuggles on the couch. Additionally, I’m experienced in administering medications, so you can rest easy knowing that your pet will receive any necessary treatments with care and precision. Let me be your pet’s new best friend while you're away! I am currently working part time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pets! I'm available for early-morning, afternoon and evening drops in visits and during weekends total availability. Meet and greets with pet owners. Providing regular updates and photos during visit. Adhering to pet medication instructions carefully. Maintaining a secure home environment for pets. Prioritizing the pets well-being. Clear communication with the owner to address any concerns that might rise.

About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters and dog walkers is my dog training and professional pet care background. I spent 2 years caring for service dogs in training, and I've spent over 3 years working in kennel environments with all different breeds, sizes, and temperaments of dogs, learning different types of handling and training styles. I have also been apprenticing a dog trainer for the past 2 and a half years, and have developed a strong understanding of dog body language and behavior. I want to go above and beyond and give your pets the best care. There are many skills I've learned at my previous jobs, including; dog first aid and CPR, the basics of fear free handling and cooperative care, how to administer different medications safely, how to quickly spot and begin treating possible health issues, and how to work dogs through some of the most common behavioral issues. In addition to the normal care your dogs receive, I can do short training sessions with your dog which is a great way to tire their brains out! I can work on basic obedience, leash manners, confidence building, etc. Message me for more information! ** I also have experience caring for reptiles and amphibians. If you need care for any exotic pets please message me for more info! Drop-ins: 30 minutes spent with your dogs, including: Normal care including pottying, feeding and medicating as necessary, physical and mental stimulation, light grooming, and snuggles. For longer bookings - $25/hr (2 hours minimum) Walks: 20-30 minutes walking around your neighborhood or a nearby location Letting your dog sniff around and stretch their legs! I prefer to walk one dog at a time vs multiple dogs at once Overnight sitting: Pricing on this starts at $125 a night. This includes staying with your dog overnight, and leaving them for no longer than 2-4 hours at a time in the day. Normal care including feeding, medicating, physical and mental stimulation, light grooming, and snuggle time. I will follow your dog's routine as closely as I can. I will also provide a lot of updates and send a lot of pictures!! In general, things that might make the price a little higher would be puppies who need more frequent potty breaks, doing multiple training sessions with them, taking them out on field trips, taking them to appointments, dogs with special medical or grooming requirements, etc. Please message me for more information!! -- I especially love working with puppies and setting up a strong foundation for them, or working with the "problem children" with some more difficult behavior... they remind me of my dog! I also love meeting more scared and shy dogs (especially chihuahuas)!! Wherever I work, I am usually the person who gets scared dogs to come out of their shell! Message me to set up a free meet n greet! I can't wait to meet you and your pet. :) Dog sitting and walking is currently my main source of income. This means any appointment can easily fit into my schedule, as long as I have some time to spend with my own dogs! All of my services are offered in the client's home. I treat every client's dog like they are my own. I mainly use positive reinforcement and I also have knowledge on fear free handling.

About: I have spent all of my life with animals, dogs & cats specifically. I have been pet-sitting since I was about 14 years old. I have stayed in house, visited multiple times daily, walked pups and more. I have both a dog and cat of my own and know how to provide the mental & physical stimulation needed to keep your pets happy! I recently graduated from my Masters program at MSU and am currently job-searching while living at home. I can guarantee reliable, adaptable and timely care for your pet as well as direct and detailed communication with you! I care deeply about animals and am dedicated to making your pet feel as comfortable as possible with a newcomer in their home. Feel free to ask me any questions or communicate any concerns you have! I am happy to help wherever and whenever I can. I prefer to care for pets in their own home, either checking in or overnight if needed. I find that animals tend to be more comfortable and free of anxiety when they are in their own environment, and it is important to me to align myself with that comfort. I am able to provide any toys, treats and other items needed.

About: I volunteered at the Humane Society in college. I currently have a 2 year old Lab that I trained myself since he was a 3 month old puppy. I am a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. Whether it’s cuddles, long walks, or playtime in the yard, I’m here to provide love and attention just like you would. I’m reliable, communicative, and will treat your pet like family. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I’m currently home full-time with a very flexible schedule. This allows me to give pets lots of attention, stick closely to their usual routines, and provide care that feels consistent and comforting. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company throughout the day, I’m able to be present and attentive. In your home, I always treat the space with respect and care. I follow detailed instructions and stick to the pet’s routine to help them feel secure in their own environment. I keep communication open with updates, photos, and messages, so pet parents can relax knowing their pet is in good hands. I’m clean, responsible, and make sure your pet—and your home—are well cared for.

About: I raised my dog from puppy - senior (15yo). Including medications in the later years. I’ll love your dog like you do while you’re away! Currently working part-time and in pursuit of my certification in Medical Laboratory Science after completion of my Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Laboratory Diagnostics at MSU Pets will be looked after like I’d look after a child. All instructions left will be adhered to the highest degree to best suit you and your pets needs

About: Hi, I'm Dianna. I signed up with Rover during Covid when I was looking for an outlet and connection. I enjoy caring for animals and getting to know their owners. I work from home and am getting close to being an empty nester. We have a sweet kitty named Peep who is very dog-like. He greets visitors at the door and loves to play fetch! We also added a puppy to our family in 2020. His name is Rocky. He is a rescue mutt who is part terrier, rottweiler and Bernese mountain dog - a big, crazy sweetheart. :-) I will treat your pet as my own and am happy to send updates and pictures while we are together. I work part-time from home and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I do appreciate flexibility in the care plans so we can work on a schedule that fits for us both. I do not offer care in my home. I do treat your home with care. Home and pet safety is a huge concern for me. I will make sure your house is locked up when I leave and your pets are taken care of.

About: My family always had a dog, and when I moved out on my own, the first thing I did was get my own! I now have a chihuahua/papillon rescue named Jorah Borkmont, who loves to play with others. I make my own hours out of the home, so I will only be out of my home for a few hours per day, and I can return when necessary (we have a dog camera set up). My husband works at home most days, so he will also be here to care for your dog. We live in a townhouse with an unfenced yard, but do have tie-outs and plush grass to relax and potty on. There are safe sidewalks and a new neighborhood in the building process for long walks twice per day.

About: Mature adult with over 35 years experience from family farm animals to domestic pets, I am here to help. I have experience in medicine admissions, including shots and have cared for seniors and high need animals. I work from home, so your pet will not be alone very long.I am an early riser and stay on a consistent daily routine. I will insure your pet will be treated like family. I have a fenced in yard with a doggy door. I have one cattle dog at home. We can’t wait to meet you and your fur baby.

About: I am 33, and I have had a wide range of pets my entire life including dogs, horses, and rodents! I currently chicken-sit, dog visit, bird watch, and occasionally have cats grace me with their presence. My dog is 2.5 years old and generally goes with me to tend to the animals, but I can leave her at home if that is a deal breaker! I live my life so Lady can have a very full one. We go on walks, hikes, or runs every day in any type of weather (Thanks to Michigan). My schedule is all over the place but it allows for me to be flexible. Let me know if I can help! I currently work 30-35 hours a week during the summer and I have winter months off. My summer work generally starts around 3:00 and goes until 10 so I have my mornings and early afternoons free. I treat everyone's house like my own! Trust and respect make up the foundation of my life and line of work. These pets are my family and will be treated as such -if you like your family ;)
