About: I’m a lifelong animal lover and am experienced with dogs and cats. I have 2 senior dogs that I’ve had since they were puppies (a Newfoundland and a Basset hound), and 3 senior cats, so I’ve gotten pretty good at taking care of older animals with health issues, including giving meds orally and topically. I also have 2 cockatiels and a canary! I’ve been a stay-at-home mom for a few years. Now that my youngest is in kindergarten, I have time during school hours to work. I’d love to use that time taking care of your pets! I am careful and observant. I will always verify that your dog’s collar and leash are on securely before we leave the house. If you have a fenced in yard, I’ll ensure the gate is closed and latched, and I’ll watch to make sure your dog doesn’t get into anything it’s not supposed to.

I’ve been watching over neighbors’ and friends’ pets as well, taking them for walks, feeding them, playing with them, and giving them lots of love while their families were away. When I leave my pup, I want nothing more than to know he’s in good hands. I’d love to be that reassurance to you! I work part time, so I will have plenty of free time to do whatever will make your pet feel happy! I have reliable transportation to ensure prompt arrival times. I have one friendly pup to keep your pet company. He’s getting older, so he is super chill and loving. I have a large, soon to be fenced in, yard to play or endless parks in the area to take on a nice walk!

We have a fenced in yard, and plenty of space for dogs to run and play. We live a slow, laid back lifestyle. We both love to be outside, and spend many hours outdoors running, swimming, biking, or hiking. We are both animal lovers, so your pup will be welcomed into our home like he is one of our own. We do have two dogs (Gus & Opie), and two cats (Bandit & Beanie), both get along with other animals very well. I grew up with dogs my whole life and I have been dog-sitting for about 6 years. I own my own business, so my schedule is extremely flexible. I can easily modify my days to accommodate your dogs typical schedule at home. I do my very best to make them feel as comfortable as possible when staying with your dog whether in my home or at yours.
