About: Hi! I’m 30 years old and I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I grew up in a house full of dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities—my mom always had rescues and mixed breeds, so I’m very comfortable with different temperaments and energy levels. Today, I have my own adopted 16 lb mixed-breed dog, and caring for him has only deepened my love and experience with dogs. I’m confident handling puppies and energetic dogs, and I truly enjoy walks, playtime, and giving them attention and care. For safety reasons, I prefer not to work with dogs that are overly aggressive or difficult to manage. My experience is focused entirely on dogs, so I’m not the best fit for cats or other types of pets. I’m available to foster small dogs in my apartment. I work from home and I’m able to walk him/her 3/4 times a day. I’m also available for drop-in visits between 6 AM–8 AM and anytime after 5 PM. I live in an apartment with a fenced area, which is great for safe outdoor time. I’m also happy to take your dog on walks outside around the neighborhood. I keep treats with me, extra bags, and have a phone holder for my wrist so I can have a hand free, especially for dogs who get excited from wildlife and could suddenly pull really hard anytime. I keep a pop up bowl and a bottle for water breaks. Before going for longer walks I touch test the path in case they are too hot. I also have experience putting jackets on dogs in the colder months.

About: Hello! My name is Kate and I live with my husband, Joe, in Lake Orion. Our home is set on a dirt road in a small neighborhood. We have a fenced in yard, and plenty of space for dogs to run and play. We live a slow, laid back lifestyle. We both love to be outside, and spend many hours outdoors running, swimming, biking, or hiking. We are both animal lovers, so your pup will be welcomed into our home like he is one of our own. We do have two dogs (Gus & Opie), and two cats (Bandit & Beanie), both get along with other animals very well. I grew up with dogs my whole life and I have been dog-sitting for about 6 years. I own my own business, so my schedule is extremely flexible. I can easily modify my days to accommodate your dogs typical schedule at home. I do my very best to make them feel as comfortable as possible when staying with your dog whether in my home or at yours.
