About: I have had pets all my life. Everything from exotics to cats and dogs. I can also help with sick or injured pets I used to teach a class in pet first aid and cpr. I will make sure your furbaby is happy, healthy, and you will have a piece of mind knowing your furbaby is in good hands I don’t work that much so it shouldn’t be a problem. I work in critical care and was trained to do emergency care on dogs. If your pet has medical issues this is the best place for them. I have a fenced dog enclosure. And they have free roam of the house. Accidents happen so we don’t worry about it just clean it up and let them have a great day.

6. Christina C.
“I would highly recommend Christina to anyone who is looking for a pet sitter and wants to have a kind, responsible, and knowledgeable person to care for their pets while they're away and be able to enjoy their time off without having to worry about their pets, as they would be in safe and very well cared for.”

About: I have raised my first dog Baxter, a mini Golden Doodle from 8 weeks. The boy is now almost 2 year old. I and my 11 year old girls have enjoyed time with Baxter around. We are welcoming any pet playing with us and Baxter. I am working from home. My time is very flexible. Weekends are VERY WELCOME to play with Baxter and my 11 year Twin girls. Weekday is welcome as well. I have a large backyard. The dog can play and chase tennis ball in the backyard. I live around elementary school with large playground. The dog can sleep anywhere if he/she likes, our cozy family room, my husband’s office room with Baxter, or my girls bed room.

About: I love dogs. In my home, I care for one dog at a time. Every client and pet receives individual attention. I've been fortunate to have had 3 dogs as family members over the years. I saw them through their lives from puppyhood to the end. Care for a dog in a home is so much better for the dog than a cage in a kennel-especially for long term stays. I am a retiree and I'm at home every day. Your dog will get first priority with me. If they need to go out, I stop whatever I'm doing and take them out. Walks are done based on the owner's preferences (eg. distance and frequency). Your dog will be treated like one of the family as I would treat my own. Petting, walking, being part of daily activity in the house, and watching TV or listening to calming music in the evening is part of the home experience provided for your dog. Safety & Trust: I require Emergency Contact info, and Vet contact info, from the client. Your dog will always be on a leash when outside. As far as trust is concerned, I am willing to provide my Vet contact info for my clients to contact for a recommendation. Rover reviews are a good source of recommendation. I will do pet Meet & Greets with every new client. Enviroment: My goal is to reflect the home of the owner as much as possible. That means feeding the same food and treats. Using the dog's bed or crate from home. Using owner scent items from home. And, doing my best to reflect the same environment the pet has at home to help your pet be comfortable in my home.

11. Leah V.

“Leah was great. Excellent communication and she took great care of my old dog on his walks. I appreciate that she was flexible with schedule changes. I would use her again for dog walks!”

12. Autumn K.
“Autumn watched our two male labradoodles, Tuukka and Eggo, during our four day trip out of state. Our dogs were happy and well cared for. Autumn sent us pictures of our boys periodically during the trip, which much appreciated. I think we found our new dog sitter!”

13. Stevie P.

“On time and wonderful with the dog! Even spent some extra time cleaning her up”

14. Kenneth A.

“Kenneth was prompt and reliable, always showing up for his walks on time. He treated Jack well and made sure he got some exercise, even when the weather was cold and snowy/icy. I would use him again when I need a dog walker.”

About: Animals have always been a part of my life and family. Their smiles and wagging tails bring me joy, so I make sure they have just as much joy in their lives as they bring me! Here are a few highlights from my rich fur filled life: I have had to care for a litter of kittens whose mother had passed way before weening her babies. At which, I had to administer special formula and attend to each of the 5 kittens until maturity. We currently still have two of the five, the other three had been rehomed. I was in charge of providing care for a dog whose previous human caregivers were abusive drug addicts. He was skiddish and timid, had a problem with floor and chair wetting when he slept, and was quick to tense up if he sensed any hostility in a room. He stayed with me for the majority of a year, in which I had him accustomed better to human contact and interaction. The wetting issue, I had discovered, was a combination of his age and anxiety, and cleared up to only a few isolated incidents after the time he was with me. He is now with a loving family whose son is very active in engaging with him and playing with him on a daily basis. I now currently babysit a husky in my home every other weekend. She gets along great with my dogs and cat, and is the perfect couch snuggler. I also do house visits for my friends domestic short-hair cat when she works late or out of town. My dog of 8 years had a litter of 10 puppies a couple years ago. We had to give her a special high protein and fiber diet with 6 feeding times a day due to her major weight loss and diarrhea while whelping. Within a couple weeks, she was back up to a healthy weight and bathroom schedule and could nurse all 10 puppies with no assistance. I helped deliver of 8 of the 10 puppies, one of which had to be given CPR to be revived, as he had fluid in his lungs. He has since been rehomed to a great family and is living his best life with a toddler as his bestest friend! He makes his grandma proud. I am currently working part-time, so afternoons and evenings on Thurs, Fri, and Mon are available and can be spent taking care of any of your fur child's needs. Mornings and afternoons may become available as my schedule changes. I can also work in house visits and overnight stays if necessary. I have a cottage style home in which the back yard is completely fenced in, and a finished and climate controlled basement with a gate if seclusion is needed for shy or nervous babies. There are plenty of soft areas for animals to lounge on. I also have extra bowls for food and water in case there are specific dietary restrictions and a client needs his/her own eating area. The neighborhood I live in has many sidewalked areas ideal for walks around it, and my location is only a couple blocks from Bloomer Park.

16. Genevieve L.
“Genevieve is truly the person to pick for your little fur babies. The yard is wonderful and my pup, Murphy, had the best time playing outside. With her own dogs, her house gives the feel of a doggy day care with plenty of friends to play with.”

About: I have been a Licensed Veterinary Nurse for 15+ years. I haves worked at emergency vet hospitals, and small animal hospitals. I have been Fear Free Certified, which is low stress handling. I have experience giving medications, and have worked with diabetic pets. I would be happy to have the opportunity to care for your pet! If you have ever had a hard time finding boarding because of a pets medical needs, please contact me! My school attending kids are now 5 and 7 and love animals as well. I am home most of the day, (weekdays and weekends) and have reliable transportation. We have 1 small dog (Boston terrier) and 2 cats at our home. I can board a few dogs at my house, which has a large fenced in back yard. Or I can visit your home to care for your pet if that is where they are the most comfortable. I am happy to visit before bed, during the day, and in the mornings, but I don’t stay at other houses overnight. I know where all the closest emergency animal hospitals are in the area. I do require a current rabies vaccine on your dog or cat. If boarding at my home, we can discuss recommended vaccines for your pet. All of my pets are on a monthly heartworm and flea/tick medication year round. Yours should be too!

18. Daljit B.
“Daljit has cared for my dogs on several occasions. She goes above and beyond to ensure the dogs feel welcome and comfortable while staying at her home. I would highly recommend Daljit to take care of your dog!”

19. Justin K.
About: I've been in the sitting bussiness for a while and I've been persisting forever and I have a lot of friends who petsit like me. I currently have a part time job and school so I have some extra time to help you and your amazing pets 🐕🐈😁. Between school and work I have time to hang out with dogs and have time to take them on walks. Usually I take care of a dog at my house but if it is at the owners house I treat it with care and love to treat the house like my own.

20. Luke H.
About: I've been in homes with pets all my life. Dogs, cats, birds, fish, hermit crabs, hamsters, gerbils, turtles. . . I have had my own dogs for 20 years and rescued, fostered and cated for cats along the way. I am able to connect with pets more than people. I do not have to leave home for work. I am with my dog full time and often take him with me wherever I may go. We make frequent trips to the Karner Farm dog park. I live on a quiet dead end road, have a large yard on a small lake with only an invisible fence that my dog no longer needs/uses. We play Frisbee every day.
