About: I've had dogs and cats my whole life (plus horses, goats, cows, chickens, guinea pigs and hamsters). The last 20 years I have had Frenchies and English bulldogs. Along the way I have also had chihuahua's, Rottweilers, pits, cattle dogs, American bulldogs as well as a number of rescue cats. I've adopted many from shelters, however, several showed up on my porch and adopted me. I am currently available 24/7. I can watch dogs in your home or mine. I am available to walk them on a set schedule, which I do with my dog regularly. I currently have a French bulldog, our day consists of reward based training/walks, endless love, healthy treats, enrichment toys, and hikes. I would like to offer this to other pets as well. I am understanding of any dogs special needs or diets. We run a routine program as far as food, feeding time and exercise. I will only board your dog(s)/cat(s) along with mine. I do not double book as I want to keep everyone safe and comfortable.

About: Everyone thinks they have the best dog in the world, and everyone is right! Undergrad student, animal lover, photographer and creative. (I can take the most beautiful portraits of your love!) I’ve grown up with a Doberman, Dachschund, Shih Tzu and currently stay with my baby German Shepherd, Teddy. Whether it’s a big dogs with gentle attitudes or small dogs with fierce ones, I have the heart for it. I’m from the Philippines, where I’ve worked to rescue street dogs and ensure a shelter where they’re properly fed. When I’m in, I read, watch a movie, work on my cameras or paintings. When I’m out, I love to hike, run, or simply mindfully walk - and there’s no harm doing all of that with a buddy.

About: I’ve dog sat for friends and family in the past 2 years and I’ve loved the experience. Happy to provide references and chat more about my experience. My best friend lives on my floor and we take walks with his dog every morning and evening so it’s very well incorporated in my schedule I make my place conducive for pets since I have one visit often. No cords laying around, vacuumed floors and room temperature thermostat. This also applies to client apartments

About: I’ve lived around dogs and cats my entire life and have been the sole caretaker of my rescue Husky, Nyx, for the past two years now. I know firsthand the stresses of behavior issues, medications, and dietary restrictions. The stress when that routine that youve been cultivating for the past 3 months just isn’t working like its supposed to. As a sitter I recognize the importance of consistent small acts of love, play and enrichment to help regulate a furry friend’s nervous system. Whether that means an extra 10 minutes to smell the daisies, food based puzzles, incorporating treats into medication administration or playing fetch in a field, rest assured theyre in good hands. I’m currently working part-time in the evenings so I have availability during weekends, and the afternoons after 1pm. Overnight stays are an option for most weekend days and the beginning of the week. I will be balancing caring for my own pup with yours, but I do not plan on mixing the two. Your furry friend’s time is theirs and theirs alone. First impressions are big with humans, and theyre even bigger with animals. I know the value of sitting with them for a while and giving them the opportunity to smell and get a feel for the person theyre spending time with, especially when entering their home. During walks and activities I like to utilize treats and training cues to help maintain good communication on both sides of the leash. It’s very necessary in highly stimulating environments like the city of Oakland. Making sure they feel safe is my top priority!

About: Since 2022 I’ve had 2 dogs and 3 cats. Never did I think I’d be an animal mom. My babies have helped me tremendously with my mental health. I’m so grateful to be able to open my home and heart for more furry friends. I’m a stay at home wife. I left my job in April to focus on myself & my health. School starts in August (online courses), so working on my permit so I can continue to teach. My days look the same, lots of snuggles with my babies, walks along the marina, snacking together. I’m very much a homebody, now that I have a dog Im trying to get out more and be “social” lol. My babies have free range in our home. They are allowed anywhere in the apartment. Most of the time we are in bed watching the office or friends. There is an abundance of snacks and toys, dad spoils them the most. For the most part it’s pretty quiet and cozy and we have an abundance of space for more fur babes.

My goal is to always fit seamlessly into your and your pet’s life, but due to pre-existing commitments, I can’t accommodate on-demand services. Every pet I take on, I care for as if they are my own. I strive to provide consistent communication about how they’re doing, what activities we engaged in during our time together, and am mindful to tailor my communication to your needs, so frequency of communication that meets your specific needs will be discussed at our meet and greet. About: Dog has always been a big part of my life. I have experiences in potty training, dog walking (small and big), and I love teaching them to do tricks! I'm currently free most of my weekdays as I'm still looking for full-time job. I would like to spend time with some furry friends in between my job search schedule. I would mostly do the same routine as the owner would do when they're home. I will feed them based on their schedule, teaching some tricks, and give them some nap time.

About: My family’s had 2 Havanese dogs a little over 3 years now and I take care of them regularly when they go out for the night or leave town. In addition I occasionally sit for family friends who have a Yorkie and used to watch a neighbor’s cat when she was still with us. Most animals find me agreeable and I try to be consistent and loving with any younger ones so that they’re shaped into the best possible pets. I’ve recently left my long-term job to focus on watching/walking pets. I do some gig work to make ends meet but my main passion right now is animal care. I have a spacious loft apartment in Chinatown Oakland in a very safe neighborhood just a few minutes walk from Lake Merritt. Crating (with one provided for me) in the apartment is an option as well as my sectional couch or rug depending on your animal’s preferences.
