About: While I'm fairly new to pet-sitting, I am experienced with both dogs and cats. I became accustomed to caring for dogs when my family welcomed our poodle, Rosie, to our home back in 2020. Everything there is to know about caring for dogs, I am very familiar with! I have also done a handful of kitty check-ins for a friend over the past year, consisting of playtime and plenty of petting. I am so thrilled to get started on Rover! I currently work part-time in healthcare 4 days a week until 1:30pm, so I am available every afternoon, evening, and some mornings for pet care. This also applies to weekends as well! When walking dogs, I make sure to keep an eye out for our surroundings, whether that be nearby people, other dogs, or potentially harmful plants. While I do allow the dog I'm caring for to explore, I also know to keep a short leash when the situation warrants it. As for pet check-ins, I am very respectful of the home I'm being welcomed into. My number one priority is caring for your pet, so I am careful to clean up after them if any accidents happen.
About: I grew up with plenty of dogs in my family, and I was usually the designated dog sitter. All of my family and friends dogs grew up with me so I've delt with puppies and older dogs alike. I have watched dogs for months at a time and have enjoyed every last minute. !!! This is a heads up that I will be moving out of state sometime after September so availabilty will be shakey!!!! I work a 9am-5pm from Mon-Fri so I am mostly busy then. I usually work from home the second half of the week so there is some flexibility on those days. But I have a completely open schedule Saturday and Sunday. If you do book for Thursday, please book drop off after 3:00pm as I am meeting heavy before then. My apartment has a large grass yard for the dogs to play. I also love going on walks, so I am definitely willing to take them to parks. I own extra leashes, footies, beds, treats and other doggie essentials. If there are any concerns, I am willing to accommodate for dog.

During her drop-in visits, she did everything we discussed to a "T", and and really showed that she had paid attention to the cats' personalities. I’m very calm and patient, and I’m excited to have the opportunity to care for your pets as well! I’m currently working part-time, early mornings. About: I’ve always had dogs growing up in the house, but I needed one of my own when I was seven, which is why I proclaim fifteen years of experience. When I was five, I called myself the dog whisperer, and I’m bringing back the title because I think it still fits! Since middle school, I have pet sat for many family friends and neighbors, and I always get along great with the animals! I’m going to school to become a therapist, but if dog therapists were a thing, I would change career paths. Please let me hang with your pets - I don’t have any pets anymore and I miss doggos! I work M-F from 9-5, but get out early some days and can visit the pets on my lunch. Other than that, I can be free as needed! I’m happy to spend as much time with the pets as is preferred. I will house sit or dog walk, but I cannot host them! I will of course follow any instructions left and be very respectful of the space, while making sure your pets have the best time!

Abby truly can do it all!!! She always is so attentive and caring towards my animals. I have had her do drop ins for my senior dog and puppy (in all the puppy stages) when I’m away. She can handle it all from my older Belly’s seizure meds, incontinence, and picky eating habits to Xany’s crazy pup energy, always wanting walks and cuddles and playtime. Abby is communicative and sends lots of cute pics of her visits which gives me peace of mind and joy. My older dog also isn’t really a people person, but she likes Abby and feels safe with her which is the most important. Beyond grateful that Abby lives nearby our home <3
Brendan was great with our 2 dogs. The dogs seemed to like him and the pictures proved that. He took his time with each dog individually which was nice for the dogs to get their own attention.
