I’ve been dog sitting and walking dogs since i was about 8 years old, between family members and my neighbors. It feels good gaining a dogs trust and showing a dog that i respect their boundaries as well as being able to meet their physical and sometimes mental needs.

Marlena has watched our dog overnight multiple times for trips. She’s one of the only people I trust to give him all the love and attention he needs! He can be very hyperactive and needs lots of playtimes and walks and Marlena is great with him!
Marlena was absolutely wonderful! She was responsive, caring, and gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. My dog, Lillie, is blind and Marlena handled her with so much patience and compassion. It was clear she took the time to make Lillie feel comfortable and cared for, which meant so much to me. I truly appreciated the love and attention she gave my dog and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. I highly recommend Marlena to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet like family!

Once again Marlena was so great with our dogs while we were out of town. Lots of photo updates, and we could tell from the photos that our dogs felt very comfortable and relaxed, and very well taken care of!
Marlena was wonderful with Maggie! She took great care of her, made sure she got plenty of walks, included her in fun activities, and kept us updated with great communication throughout the stay. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Maggie was so well cared for. We would absolutely book with Marlena again and highly recommend her!

Schedule
I am currently pet sitting full time, so I can adjust to each dog/pet’s needs and schedules easily. Doing this full time allows me to be extremely flexible with each person when looking for someone to book with.

I live in a very walkable neighborhood, lots of routes to take depending on each dog’s comfortability with high traffic and low traffic areas, within walking distance to Ault park as well. Apartment is on the first floor so easy access, as well as a nice open area behind the building for quick potty breaks
A typical day
I love getting each dog I sit out and about, letting them take their time with sniffing different things. I keep tennis balls with me in case a puppy likes to play fetch and doesn’t have their own toys!
