I work a full time job and have two dogs of my own so my weekday availability is limited to quick check-ins/bathroom breaks. On weekends I would be able to devote more time to your pet and give them extra attention during visits.

When visiting a client’s home I typically do a quick check to make sure everything looks in order to make sure their pet didn’t get into anything. I will freshen their water and give food depending on how they are fed (grazing, scheduled meals, etc).

I would gladly care for any breed, but I would like to know a little about their personality and temperament to be sure we would be a good fit. I would also like to know about any little quirks they may have so I can be aware if they begin acting unusually.
A typical day
Your dog will enjoy lots of walks and play time with me. We can play fetch and tug of war, take walks on hiking trails, and enjoy lots of cuddles and (owner-approved) treats.

Pet care experience
I grew up with my family owning dogs and I have always adored animals. My family had a Jack russell terrier for 15 years. She developed DM later in life so I have experience caring for dogs with medical issues. I’m comfortable with large dogs as well, having one myself. I would be able to feed, water, and exercise your pets and can do some light grooming if it's needed. I have cared for dogs that take medication so I am able to do so. Knowing the best way to administer these medications is appreciated though.
