I grew up with lots of pets, from cats and dogs to rats and fish! I previously worked at a vet clinic for 11 years, primarily handling the well-being of the animals in our care, ensuring they were loved and in a healthy, clean environment. I started pet sitting through Rover in 2023. While I miss having pets of my own, since I'm not currently in a house where I can have them, it's been great using this as an opportunity to spend time with, and give lots of love to other pets 🐶🐱✨️!

Your home will always be treated with respect and cleanliness, and my goal is to keep your fur baby's routine the same in the loving home they're used to. Any and all instructions you leave for me will be followed with the utmost care to keep your buddy happy! I'll spend lots of time with your little (or big) loved ones doing whatever they enjoy best.

Crazy dog mom here- I always get nervous when I leave my pup with new people but Crystal made me feel immediately at ease. Lots of pictures and updates. Sadie girl even slept in the bed with her on the first night (which she never does with new people) and seemed to love Crystal. If you are looking for the best dog sitter ever- it is Crystal!
Crystal is a cat whisperer - my incredibly shy cat Katie hides for all visitors. But she finally emerged for Crystal! Thanks to Crystal’s consistent effort to show Katie that she’s a friendly and non-threatening helper over the course of visits during the last several months. It was clear from the beginning at the Meet and Greet that Crystal was professional and thorough. She took notes and asked clarifying questions regarding the care of my cat, Boots. She has a genuine love for animals and sent many pictures of a contented and happy cat. This was immensely reassuring and gave me great peace of mind. I was able to enjoy my time away knowing that he was in such capable and loving hands.

Schedule
This is my full-time job, so I'll have plenty of time and flexibility to spend with your furry friend(s), and I love caring for both cats and dogs! Outside of when my calendar's already blocked off, I'm available any time for house sitting, and can be available to stay with your fur baby both day and/or night. Additionally, I'm typically available most days in the afternoons and evenings, between 11 am - 7:30 pm for drop-in visits, or before the sun goes down during Fall and Winter. That said, I can make exceptions for earlier mornings and later evenings, depending on the situation.

- Please let me know about: 1) Any underlying conditions that can be transferred. I.e: Giardia, FeLV, parasites, etc. before our initial meet and greet. 2) Medications, allergies, or touch sensitivities. 3) Special needs or behaviors to account for. 4) Favorite toys, enrichment activities, or treats to make for an extra special visit! You know your pet best — please share anything else that may affect expectations or planning so we can discuss it ahead of time and ensure a great match. Travel & Distance Note: Complimentary Meet and Greets are typically offered within approximately 20 minutes. For bookings requiring extended travel, rates may be adjusted to reflect additional time and distance. Please feel free to reach out so we can confirm the best fit. Additional Special Requests Noted Below: •Constant Care: For pets who need ongoing comfort and supervision, who can only be left alone for 2 hours or less at a time, I remain in the home for the duration (except for emergencies)—an additional 100% of the booking rate per day. •Extended Travel: For House-Sitting bookings, travel rates apply per day for locations that require 20 or more minutes of travel. These rates will also apply to Drop-In visits and Meet and Greets that require similar travel times. •Walking Rate and Availability: Subject to change based on harsher weather conditions. Typically, Spring and Fall are at a lower rate than Summer and Winter. •Holidays: Except for Thanksgiving and Christmas, I'm available for Holiday Bookings ✨️.
