“Jamie is fantastic! She is an excellent sitter as well as trainer. She is currently helping us with both. She has a gift with anxious dogs and is very knowledgeable about behavior as well. She educated us and collaborated with us on a plan for my dog that is very picky about which humans he trusts. Overall, she is very helpful, kind, and in tune with the specific dog’s needs!”

“Margaret did a wonderful job with our cat Ghost! It was our first time using Rover and we were nervous but she was so thorough. She came to meet us and Ghost for a meet and greet to start. She administered our cat’s oral medication and fed her twice a day. She is very kind, considerate and timely! Easy to communicate and we liked getting updates and photos twice a day. We can tell our cat really appreciated her attention and care. Will be happy to work with Margaret again!”

“We were very pleased with Meghanne’s service! She stopped in on the schedule she agreed to and went out her way to try to make the cats comfortable with her. She sent some cute pictures and a thorough update after each visit. We would definitely use her again!”

“My very shy cat opened up to her very quickly. She leaves very thorough updates and takes a lot of nice pictures. She always makes sure we are on the same page with care, etc.”

“We are so grateful Kaeley was able to stop by for drop-in visits for our time away from home, especially as we had to book last-minute. About: **NO DOGS OVER 20 LBS. FOR IN MY HOME CARE. I do walks & drop in visits for larger dogs up to 150lbs. Sorry for any inconvenience ** I have always had a passion for animals. I have over 11 years experience providing care to dogs and small pets, plus I’ve worked as a zookeeper and a kennel technician caring for puppies. I can provide all basic care plus bathing and oral/topical medications. I also specialize in caring for dogs with anxiety and senior care. I also care for small pets (birds, reptiles, rodents, etc). When you request a booking, please know that your request is incredibly important to me and I will respond as quickly as possible. I work full time Monday through Friday, but I always make plenty of time for cuddles, playtime, and walks! I also have an older teen who assist with care (16 (she also dog sits). I do not work weekends or holidays. I currently have 3 small pups ranging in age from 1-9 years old. They are all crate trained and crates are utilized while I am at work for their safety. We use tie outs for potty and outdoor play, while also providing dozens of toys for indoor playtime. My pups are fed on a schedule and fresh water is always provided. In your home I would follow your rules and routines in order to keep your pup safe and healthy.

About: I have been a dog owner for the last 11 years. I also volunteer at a local dog shelter, which I have been a part of for the last 4 years. I will help w/ dogs of any size or breed and cats. I have also put my personal dogs through training, which can be beneficial when helping with someone else’s dog. I invested in a course called Shelter Playgroup Alliance to help me learn and improve my skills in reading dog behavior and body language. I currently work FT, but am available early mornings, nights and weekends to walk dogs or do drop in visits. My schedule on the weekends is very flexible. Your dog will get play time, a good walk and lots of love. I can also bathe them if needed. I have learned a lot about enrichment, which is great for mental exercise.

“Kirsten was great with our senior dog Andy. He has a few medical issues and Kirsten was caring and empathetic with him. He was happy and content with her and after we came home. I highly recommend Kirsten and will book with her again. She is booked to watch our pups in August.”

About: Ive taken care of dogs for most of my childhood as well as my adult life so far. I am also an ABC certified dog trainer that has gone through the necessary steps to understand the behaviors that are fundamental to dogs and how to ensure that they have the best chance possible for success. I currently work on Tuesday and Friday mornings and I have other meetings after 2:00 on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday but those days are subject to change in the near future. I walk my dog every morning at 8:30 AM and sometimes in the evening after 9 if I am unable to get the morning walk in. Otherwise I am flexible with my time depending upon the situation. I use my dog’s harness on walks with a 5 foot leash that I keep shortened by wrapping it around my hand. This allows me to extend and retract the leash to the desired length for any given situation. In the case of dog sitting I usually take the dog on a walk for as long as they’ll go and after they get tired, I would sit with the dog until it is either time for them to be fed or go out. I do my best to provide whatever the dog may need or what you require for them.

About: Hello!!!! I’ve been with Rover for about 3 years now and have watched/walked dogs and cats in three different cities now! I’ve also been referred to other pet owners via friends and family! I am comfortable with all pets- big, small, health issues, etc. so let me know how I can help!!! I have a completely free availability for the month of August. I am in between jobs and have nothing on my schedule for the month :) I take care of pets in clients’ homes only. I am very clean, respectful, and leave the place exactly how you left it. Valerie S.
“When my dog, Stu, was still with us, Valerie demonstrated time and time again that I could trust her with my best friend when work/school kept me away from home. This was especially true as he got older (he had issues with incontinence, poor vision, and hearing loss) and required a lot of patience and TLC. I’d trust Valerie and highly recommend Valerie to take care of your furry friend and know that they are in the best care possible.”

Tia D.Star Sitter
“Tia has spent several years caring for the needs of a wide variety of animals. Professionally she has cared for exotics including tigers, hippos, and penguins. If you want someone who really knows animals and will love your baby like her own, Tia is the person you want.”
