Jennifer really took the time to get to know my cat while demonstrating care and concern for her well being. Additionally, she seems to intuitively understand the psychology of cats and was able to offer some helpful advice with some of the behavioral issues I have been encountering with my cat as part of a recent move to Syracuse from out of state.
