“Jenny is the kindest, most thoughtful animal loving pet sitter anyone could ask for! She went above and beyond for my cat Willow while I was away!! You can tell she truly cares for the pets she is involved with! Absolutely could not recommend her any higher!!”

“I highly recommend hiring Donna as a pet sitter! She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable being away from your beloved fur baby. This was our first time needing a pet sitter and Donna eased our minds by sending the cutest photos, updates, and videos several times a day. Her updates always brought us a smile and we were so happy to know our blind kitty Max was in such good hands! Look no further she is the best! She even gave us updates on how our home renovations were going while we were away, and offered to do other tasks for us. We will definitely be booking with her again. Thanks so much Donna for being the angel we needed!”

About: I grew up with a dog and 2 cats my entire childhood. I now live with my boyfriend, Nick, our German shepherd, Willow, and cat, Stella. I still have rescues at my childhood home as well: my 11 year old shepherd/chow Max, and 2 kitties Rusty & Izzy. Very experienced with shepherds and other large active breeds. I get home from work by 5:30 or 6 pm on weekdays and I am typically home all weekend. Weekends we love taking our German shepherd to many of the local parks or on hikes. Jamesville beach is our favorite! Our dog is home with her dad during the day, and gets crated for the hour that he leaves for work and I come home. She is usually crated for a few hours on the weekend when we go grocery shopping. Our cat is very self sufficient with her water fountain and auto kibble feeder.
“Pam did an amazing job with my 3 kitties. She sent pictures with all of the updates, and was even able to win over the shy guy of the bunch. Will continue to book in the future.”

“Bridget went above and beyond when taking care of my little kitty boy! She made my vacation so much better by taking such good care of him! Will definitely be booking again!”

“Jamie was great. I know our little girl appreciated getting some love and attention while we were away. Would use her again in a heartbeat. Our girl can sometimes be a little beastly, and you can tell Jamie reads cat signals well.”

“Erica was amazing with our little zoo here. Especially with our cat, Lucky. He took to her right away and followed her around while she was here like a puppy. She spent lots of time petting him and sent tons of pictures to let us know everyone was doing well. On the last night of her visits our cat lucky (he is diabetic) had a medical emergency and Erica quickly responded and brought him to the animal emergency clinic. Her quick actions were detrimental to our baby’s health. We can’t thank her enough for her kindness and care.”

“Amanda has been phenomenal and we are excited to be able to recommend her, and use her services in the future. She took care and consideration with getting to know each of our 2 cats, one who has medical concerns and the other who has anxiety and has been reactive to strangers in the past. Amanda has been very communicative, she connected with them immediately and provided updates with photos for peace of mind. Could not recommend more highly.”

About: I have experience caring for animals across all life stages, including training puppies, supporting senior dogs, and providing attentive care for cats. My puppy training experience includes reinforcing basic commands, house training, and building positive behavior through consistency and kindess. With senior dogs, I understand the importance of gentle handling, monitoring health and mobility, and maintaining a comfortable, low-stress environment. It’s a daily thing for me. With having all kinds of animals myself over the years I am very knowledgeable and familiar with the care and time it takes to support them. In home, my apartment complex has a fully fenced in dog park. I also live right down the road from a popular ice cream shop, so after our walk we can stop and get a sweet treat. I live in a very nice neighborhood and could walk him/her while my boyfriend rides his bike or keep it just us as the sun goes down. Then go back to the house for a nice movie and bed. I am a firm believer in pictures and calls while your animal is in my care. To show you updates and cute adventures we’ll take together. Your home- I will follow the routine set by you, and if there is none then take care of them as if they were my own. I understand time away can be stressful for both parent and pet alike, so my job is to minimize that and keep both parties happy and care free. As stated previous id be sending pictures and updates to alleviate stress or worry so you can enjoy your time and rest assured your baby is in the best hands having a blast.
“Maria was incredible to work with. I was nervous to leave my best friend in the care of anyone besides me but my nerves were quickly relieved. Maria took the time to have a meet and greet so he knew her beforehand and also was extremely professional, asking lots of relevant questions to make sure she knew exactly what to do. Frequent photo updates kept me from wondering about him on my vacation. 100% would recommend Maria and I will be using her again”

About: I have had cats and dogs as pets my whole life. I have also been there for friends, family and neighbors when they need a pet sitter. North Syracuse cat parents share their Rover experiences
Valerie did an amazing job taking care of our cat, Willow for the past week! She provided us with detailed updates, photos and videos each day which was such a comfort to us while we were away. Willow doesn’t warm up to new people very easily, but she seemed comfortable with Valerie very quickly, which is a testament to the loving attention she provided! We would happily book with Valerie again and recommend her to others in need of a reliable and caring pet sitter!
