“Polina is a nice intelligent person. I highly recommend her. I left my puppy for 9 nights and Polina kept in touch all the time about how my puppy is and what my puppy is doing. She really takes good care of my puppy, by walking him every 3 hours and feeding him as I asked her to. When I came to pick the puppy up, I found that the puppy was very happy, vitally joyful, and very active.”

“Huijun was communicative and thoughtful in caring for my pup! I felt comfortable knowing she was well taken care of! She was also willing to care of my pup on short notice, which I was very appreciative of.”

“Donna took such wonderful care of my dog, Zoey! She sent me pictures and videos daily which helped me not to miss her as much. Normally when I pick Zoey up after being away she literally crawls up my legs to get to me, but this time she was excited to see me but I could tell she loved being at Donna’s so much that she was going to miss it!”

“Being our first board with our puppy we were very apprehensive. We got numerous photos from Jocelyn a day. Many including her family. Really put us at ease. Definitely would bring her back.”

“Very happy with my dog's stay. The carers obviously have a passion for the craft and my dog came out happy and energetic with lots of joy after her 2 night stay!”

“Georgianne was a great sitter. She posted picks regularly and gave me updates on how my cat was doing. She also responded very quickly whenever I messaged her. I would definitely leave my cat with Georgianne again.”

“Thomas was awesome! My wife and I have been using Rover for a few years, and this was our first time booking with him. The experience exceeded our expectations. We have a very shy Schnauzer, but Thomas and his family treated him like one of their own. It was clear that they genuinely cared for him and made him feel comfortable while we were away. We also ran into some unexpected complications when returning from our trip, and Thomas was incredibly understanding and accommodating. His flexibility and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your fur baby with love and care, I highly recommend Thomas. We will definitely be booking with him again!”

About: I'm an enthusiastic dog walker and sitter that has a passion for dogs and rescuing them. I have been involved in dog rescue and fostering in the Syracuse area for a number of years. I've cared for a number of my own dogs and cats from young to seniors. I've also been a foster parent to a number of dogs when rescues needed someone. I can handle the most challenging of dogs down to little babies and everything in between. Your dog will get plenty of love and attention when I'm around! I give all dogs the same love and affection I would give my own dog and see the importance of cuddle and buddy time along with good exercise. I show confidence when I'm with a dog so that they know there is trust with me from the beginning. I currently work part time, so have plenty of time to spend with your fur baby. I am always available after 3:00 p.m. during the week, before 8:00 a.m. or anytime on the weekends. I've got a very pet friendly home. I live in a single story, ranch house that has a fully fenced back yard. I do not have children at home that we would need to worry about and I'm very respectful if needed to go into a client's home. Safety and security are always at the forefront.
“Maytte is a gem! We have two very shy dogs and weren’t sure how they would do staying with a new person. They loved her and warmed up to her at the meet and greet we set up. It made going away much easier. Maytte sent updates every day, with pictures and videos of the dogs. We could tell they were loved and well cared for. Maytte went above and beyond, buying them each a harness for walks and new toys. We’ve already booked her for our next trip.”

“Susan always takes great care of my dog. I am confident that she is in great hands whenever I leave her with Sue and really appreciate the updates during Gemma’s time with her.”

“Too many great things to say. Flexible on the pickup and drop off, super communicative, doggy was tired when I picked her up, nice home environment. Appreciate that she spent time at the park with my little one. Highly recommended!”

“I deeply appreciate Jennifer's thorough care provided for my cat. The daily updates, along with pictures conveying my cat's well-being and activities, were incredibly relieving. Thank you for your dedicated attention and for keeping me informed. Looking forward to entrusting my pet to your care again in the future.”

“Can’t thank Kirsten enough for taking such good care of my Potter!! This was the first time my husband and I took an extended vacation (8 days) without having someone house sit as well and Kirsten made sure potter was comfortable with each visit. I got atleast 5 pictures with every visit and I just know he loved her coming to spend time. Will 100% be requesting Kirsten again!”

About: I’ve grown up around cats my whole life and understand how unique they are. Some can be picky eaters, some are cuddle bugs and want all the attention, and I can get the shy babies out of their shells. Whatever your cat needs, I will be able to accommodate and take care of them!

“Georgianne visited my cat a couple of times a day for 4 days while I traveled. We had good communication, she sent pictures and was very responsive. Thank you!”

“Erica was amazing with our little zoo here. Especially with our cat, Lucky. He took to her right away and followed her around while she was here like a puppy. She spent lots of time petting him and sent tons of pictures to let us know everyone was doing well. On the last night of her visits our cat lucky (he is diabetic) had a medical emergency and Erica quickly responded and brought him to the animal emergency clinic. Her quick actions were detrimental to our baby’s health. We can’t thank her enough for her kindness and care.”

“I highly recommend hiring Donna as a pet sitter! She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable being away from your beloved fur baby. This was our first time needing a pet sitter and Donna eased our minds by sending the cutest photos, updates, and videos several times a day. Her updates always brought us a smile and we were so happy to know our blind kitty Max was in such good hands! Look no further she is the best! She even gave us updates on how our home renovations were going while we were away, and offered to do other tasks for us. We will definitely be booking with her again. Thanks so much Donna for being the angel we needed!”

About: I get cats. As a two-cat household myself, I understand that cats are not small dogs — they have opinions, routines, and a very specific idea of how things should be done. My job is to respect that. Drop-in visits include fresh food and water, litter box cleaning, and whatever level of interaction your cat actually wants — whether that's a full lap session or a dignified acknowledgment from across the room. Both are valid. I won't take it personally. I'll send you updates so you know your cat is doing exactly what cats do best — which is usually whatever they want. Your home, your cat's routine, zero disruption. That's the goal.
“Robert and Allison are terrific with our cats! We love knowing they are here taking care of them. They are extremely reliable, dependable and trustworthy! We would highly recommend them as sitters.”

“Meghanne is AMAZING! She took such great care of my cat, Finn. She sent pictures and updates with every visit. I highly recommend Meghanne! We will definitely be asking her to help us next time we go away.”

“Amanda was amazing with my cats! ☺️ My very shy cat warmed up to her very quickly and that is very unlike her! She sent me pictures and it really gave me peace of mind that she was taking great care of my babies while I was on vacation. I will be using her again!”

About: I have had numerous pets in my care. I am an RN so I am able to give medication as needed. Will give belly scratches! I work part time as an RN . I am available for afternoon walks, bathroom breaks, dog park, vet appointments, playtime or boarding. Great love!! I have a very laid back pug who likes to sleep on the couch most of the day. She will play with your animals and make them feel at home.
About: I have extensive training with large, and even “aggressive” breeds. I currently have two Rottweilers, who are big bears. I have taken care of small (chihuahuas) to large (St. Bernard’s) dogs, animals aren’t just pets, but respectively people’s children. I have a long background in farm care, dog boarding care, medication administering, training. And I really just appreciate the presence of animals. I love training puppies, and respect the boundaries of adult dogs. It’s not a job, its a hobby. I do work from home, but I can make anything work as necessary. I work criminal investigations, and can take breaks and time when needed. I prefer to care for pets in their own home. Most pets get anxious when their “person” is not with them. And I believe that is usually best.

“Michelle is always incredible with our girl. Tofu comes home with the biggest smile on her face and always smells wonderful. I think “Miss Michelle” (what we call her to Tofu) must keep an incredibly tidy and lovely-smelling home :)”

“What an animal lover! Susan kept Lulu 2 days for us. She, Her dog and cats welcomed Lulu wonderfully. Fenced backyard great for running and playing. Lots of toys to play with.”

“My puppy comes to Daylin everyday of the week for daycare and he has the best time! Amazing sitter my puppy loves her so much and she takes care of him with so much love and attention everyday”

“Our dogs were well cared for and tired out when we picked them up! Extra attention was given to special dietary instructions for one of them and pick up and drop off was efficient. We were glad to use them again and know they were in good hands!”

“It’s only been one day with Liz and our pup Reggie came home happy and tired. Couldn’t recommend Liz more - she made me feel at complete ease leaving our puppy for the first time. Loved getting the video and picture updates throughout the day, too. We will be regulars from now on!”

“We are so thankful for Erix. He accommodated us in a pinch. We are in town moving my niece into college and brought her dog, but we couldn’t bring him to the dorm. We had to switch hotels but weren’t able to get an early check in so we needed to figure a plan for our little Coco for just a few hours. I saw Erix’s profile and he had so many amazing reviews and he responded right away. Everything worked out perfectly and Erix was so sweet and took awesome care of our dog.”

About: Hi! My name is Maytte, and caring for animals has been part of my life since I was a child. I grew up helping my father care for different kinds of animals on our family farm, which taught me patience, responsibility, and genuine love for pets. Your dog will be treated like a member of my own family. I understand that leaving your pet with someone else requires trust, and my goal is to make both you and your pet feel comfortable and safe. I offer a clean, calm, and loving home where your dog will receive plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and regular potty breaks. I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can safely enjoy outdoor time. I also have two friendly dogs who are gentle and enjoy meeting new furry friends. If your dog prefers their own space, I can accommodate that as well. I will always keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I look forward to meeting you and your best friend! I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide your pet with plenty of attention, companionship, and supervised care throughout the day. I offer boarding in my home and will do my best to follow your pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and rest. My goal is to help your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and happiness are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can safely play and explore under supervision. My home is clean, calm, and pet-friendly. I also have two friendly dogs who enjoy meeting new friends, but if your dog prefers their own space, I can easily separate them. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, medications, routines, and any special needs. I also send regular photo and video updates so you always know how your pet is doing.
“Krissy was absolutely terrific with our pup! Calm and caring, with regular updates throughout the day - and went above and beyond during a storm and power outage to make sure she was safe and cared for. We really appreciate her, and would highly recommend!”

“Gunner enjoyed his stay and we felt relieved with him in Diana’s care. Very lovely young lady with best interest of pups in mind. Would use her again. She was awesome with last minute request. Thank you!!”

About: I’ve always been an animal lover and have experience caring for dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I’ve helped with daily walks, feeding routines, administering basic medications, and providing lots of attention and companionship. I understand how important it is to keep pets on their normal routine, and I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I treat every pet like they’re my own and prioritize clear communication with regular updates and photos. I have a fully fenced in backyard (although I can also take your pet for walks as well if preferred!) and am available to give lots of cuddles all day as I work from home full time! I work remote full time and have a fully fenced in back yard so I am able to watch your dog or cat full time. On the weekends I am usually out hiking or with friends, and can take your pet on those adventures as well! I also have a small 30 lb house trained and friendly doggy named Ramsey who is always down to play and/or nap :) I am able to give your pet around the clock care as I work from home, and my dog Ramsey is always ready to make new friends! I do allow pets on the furniture, just not in my bed, and have a fully fenced in yard for playtime, as well as the ability to take your furry friend on walks as well! Please let me know what your needs are, I want their stay to be as comfortable as possible!
“Our usual sitter Chelsea was unavailable and recommended Marisol. Isla loved her time with Marisol and Benito! This is the first real off leash (fenced in yard) play she's had with a dog closer to her size and she loved it. They really made her feel welcome and taken care of and all that play left her tuckered out. We even got ideas for a couple new toys for her.”

About: (Saying up front that I am not comfortable using a prong collar, so if that’s something you use on your dog, I don’t believe I’m a right fit for the service you want. Please don’t invite me to your home and surprise me with a prong collar—I will not use it on your dog.) Now here’s my bio: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

“We had great communication with Ginnie and she made us feel so so confident leaving our dog, Winston, with her for the day. She took great care of him and he was happy at the end of the day at pickup. I’d highly recommend!”
“Ashley was great! She was on-time and flexible with our schedule. She was available on short notice, which was very helpful! She sent us a video of our pup relaxing and watching a movie on her lap while we were out and about, which made us feel good about his doggie day care experience.”

“Candy was absolutely wonderful with our dogs. She was incredibly punctual and brave enough to come out even in the bitter cold, which we really appreciated. I was especially impressed by how she connected with our new rescue; she was empathetic, patient, and really understood what our pup needed. We will definitely be asking for her time again in the future. Overall, a great experience!”

“Kaylah is awesome!! She is so kind to my dog, and he was instantly comfortable around her! She is timely, keeps you informed, professional, and all around reliable! Both me and my dog think she’s the best!”

“Maria did an excellent job and I was very pleased as we're both my dogs. One was hesitant at first, but then quickly became fond of her. Thank you Maria for doing such a nice job.”

About: I grew up with both cats and dogs, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me and remains one of the most rewarding parts of my life. I currently have my own dog, who I adopted as a puppy while I was in college and is now 4 years old. Raising her has given me experience with training, building routines, and understanding different stages of a dog’s development. I’m comfortable administering medication, brushing and bathing, handling anxious behaviors, and keeping pets on their regular care schedules. I also have experience walking dogs that pull and can confidently handle strong or high-energy pups while keeping walks safe and structured. Whether your pet needs active playtime, consistent routines, or gentle care and attention, I’m patient and attentive, and I treat every pet like my own. As a current medical student, I understand the importance of flexibility and prioritizing a pet's needs. I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and dependable. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I am excited to learn about your pet's unique personality and am more than happy to accommodate any specific requests. As a medical student, my schedule is currently very flexible, which allows me to thoughtfully plan pet care into my daily and weekly routine. While there are periods of time when I am less available, I’m committed to clear communication about my availability and will always work to accommodate your pet’s needs as best as possible. Time management is extremely important to my academic program, and I bring that same organization, dependability, and attention to detail to pet care. I take pride in my work and practice compassionate, attentive care in everything I do. Most importantly, I genuinely love animals and value the trust you place in me to care for them. In my home, I provide a safe, calm, and structured environment where pets can feel comfortable and secure. I currently live in an apartment located directly across the street from a dog park with both large and small dog areas, which allows for convenient, safe, and appropriate exercise based on your dog’s size and temperament. The neighborhood is safe and very pet-friendly. I’m attentive to maintaining each pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any medications or special care needs. I make sure pets receive both physical activity and plenty of attention and affection. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize consistency and respect for your space. I’m happy to follow detailed instructions and maintain your pet’s usual routine to minimize stress. I’m also willing to travel or make special trips if your dog attends daycare, has a preferred park, or enjoys a specific walking route. My goal is to make your pet feel as comfortable and cared for as possible, wherever they are.
