My top priority is cat-sitting, and I need to be available for when I’m needed!:) Everything else that I do (gym, volunteering, chores, whatever!) lets me remain flexible to be there when you need me!:)

As every cat is different, my approach is to take things at their speed always. I’ll gladly play, snuggle, provide chin scratchies, etc! But I respect their boundaries and will even work with them to come out of their shell:) I bring around a goodie bag of toys, treats and catnip so you know we’re in for a good time (heehee!) No matter what, I’m there for them basically as an emotional support human while their family is away:)

The more info the better! I’ll need to know feeding instructions and medications if needed. Do they have allergies/can I bring treats from home? Any places they aren’t allowed, spots they don’t like touched, favorite toys, typical hiding spots.. Any details you want to provide, I’ll happily read it all!😊
Ein typischer Tag
Each visit I grab any mail, greet the babies, tend to food and water, clean litter if needed, check for any messes, recover “lost” toys lol..😋 After the necessities, all attention is on the babies! We can play with their favorite toys or things that I bring over (laser pointer, tunnels, scratchers, toys etc 🙂) I’ll pet them, give chin scratchies, even put on relaxing music if I think it’ll help🤗 I’ll groom them if they enjoy that (or need it). I’ll open the window and we can watch birds, I’ll put on cat tv.. or I’ll just sit at a distance and talk to them calmly if they don’t like attention! I get to know each individual cat to provide the best possible care:) I want them as comfortable and entertained as possible while their family is away!

So my life basically revolves around cats!😋 I currently have two boys of my own- Graw and Pancake🫶🏻 I've lived with, "owned" (oh please, they own you! 😹) and loved cats for over a decade. As l've been pet sitting these past couple years, l've become very passionate about wanting to make a career in working with cats🙂 I'm currently focused on cat-sitting full time, and do Instacart in my downtime to stay available. When I'm not working, I'm reading about cats, volunteering with rescues like the CNY Cat Coalition and CNY SNAP, and of course hanging out with my own cats😻 I have big plans for the future too- like owning my own company, having cozy boarding facilities, maybe even a cat cafe! I did try to warn you that I'm a crazy cat lady😹

Jen was fantastic with my girls. Moo even came out for her! There was an emergency during the time Jen was caring for my girls and she acted quickly and efficiently, while keeping me informed. All was resolved with a positive outcome, thanks to Jen. I can’t thank her enough and would have no hesitation using Jen again.
Jennifer comes in with the care and concern for my cats, took them as her own, and made their daily visits fun too. I have great confidence in her. I ask for her when I need to leave them for any amount of time.

My cats, Sandy and Timmy, are so well taken care of by Jennifer. They love her so much. They think I'm the cats" meow for getting her to come and feed and play with them. After Jennifer has been with them I get so much loving. She's the best.
