I have been a pet owner, caretaker, and lover for the majority of my life, but really began my professional career as a Pet Sitter when I left home for college and didn't have any furry friends in my dorm room. I've worked with every type of dog, fromteacup Pomeranians all the way up to Great Pyrenees and I've never met a dog I didn't love. I have experience administering medications, helping dogs with handicaps, behavioral issues, and everything in between. I love to have an excuse to get outdoors and go on adventures, so I bet your fur baby will even miss you while you're away! I am happy to do overnights in your home or to host your pet at my place, where I have 2 dogs of my own who LOVE to have sleepovers with new friends. Let me know what I can help you with! I work a 9-5, but have a hybrid model, so I can work remotely while I watch your pets if needed! My schedule is very flexible and I can meet most requests, especially Wednesday - Sunday. I will always take care of your pet and your home like it is my own, if not even better! I always follow the golden rule and leave things better than I found them if possible.

About: I have taken care of many pets in New York and am now available in New Orleans for dog walks and dog/cat drop ins! Very excited to explore with your pet. I am self-employed so have a decent amount of flexibility in my schedule but have my own cat so not able to board / long stays. It's important to make the animals comfortable which takes time and calm -- but I like to follow routines and give pets (if able) lots of exercise.

I'll take your dog out for long walks/runs and play or lazily lay around and cuddle them while your gone. I've cared for toy Yorkies and Italian Mastiffs, I have no preference and love all dogs indiscriminately and I think your dog will feel the same about me. I have a very flexible schedule and am easy to work with. While I haven't had the opportunity to care for a pup with special needs, I certainly am not opposed to doing so and will provide them with the care they deserve.
